Flaps are on; couldn't find anything like that first pic so used where I'd found yesterday without incident. Will observe where it gets jacked by my tyre man when he puts my winters on. It only starts just to the rear of the front wheel arch then goes forward towards the front of the car - I was assuming it was part of the frame so used it on that basis. What was your picture of - I couldn't see anything like it near either front wheel
