Hi guys Sadly, I recently had to scrap my bugeye after bottom end failure - this means I have a pair of black mishimoto MMHOSE-SUB-INTBK intercooler hoses, a set of red mishimoto MMHOSE-SUB-ANCRD ancillary hoses and a red mishimoto MMHOSE-WRX-01RD hoses all for the ej205. These are brand new and still mishimoto boxed, 2 of the sets are opened. Am open to offers if all 3 sets are wanted, have other bits available too Cheers

Not after anymore parts really, trying to empty my shed so that I can start using it again
-
Being honest if I had an STI intercooler it'd be on my car - Hmmm

All done, that was why I went for the KYB units in the end - I could afford them in the time b4 the MOT was due. She sailed through the MOT but I did get my mechanic to check it all over first.
-
Had them replaced with stock KYB's in the end. :(
-
Just to finish this one chaps, Above is the photo my mechanic thougth funny to send halfway through the matrix replacement - I now understand why the say it takes so long. Gnash
-
No calipers - sorry
-
Check you tube, put in bugeye exhaust and you will find loads of clips with engines running and revving, will give you a good idea as to what they sound like and how they look :) Gnash PS - Dont have the volume up too high, some clips are really loud
-
As to the compatibility, I have no idea but lots of bits appear to be interchangeable, the actual switch itself is made by NISSAN of all people. Part no. 25142 - 6 pin plug - 5 on top row 1 bottom right. I have both rear switches if you want them Gnash

Not available Sorry

I have the ones from a bugeye wagon if they are any good to you. Will check the shed in the morn just to make sure I still have the Pass. Rear one Gnash

Hi Guys I have a shed full of parts from a MY2002 UK bugeye subaru impreza wagon that I would like to get rid of. I bought this lot cos it was cheaper to buy a joblot than individual parts, it has however left me with lots of bits left over below is what's left ( the big bits anyway) Dashboard with Pass. airbag (no binnacle) Driverside front & rear door complete but with no door cards Passenger side door glass front & back Driveshafts, ECU, various stuctural chassis braces, carpets, seatbelts There is a lot of trim and chassis parts etc that I cant identify, these are just the greatest hits really, can put up a full list if any of the wagoneers are interested I have photos if wanted Please mail me back if you are interested in any of these parts or want to find out if Ihave what you want. Attached is the GGA all the parts came from. Gnash

Hi chaps I have a suspension issue now, I get an awful groaning coming from the rear suspension over the last week it has gone from only appearing when going over big bumps to now even the slightest ripple in the road surface. Have discovered this morning that the noise is now there when I push down on the rear of the wagon even when parked. Do I now need new rear suspension, am having to replace the C links b4 my MOT next month anyway. Any suggestions. Cheers

Turns out the rad & thermo wasn't the end of the story. About 3 months later she started acting up again, then one dark night while hunting for my dropped mobile I discovered a very soggy footwell carpet. The heater matrix was leaking, so had that replaced and she now runs well at last.

Evening chaps, My baby has kinda been behaving, she drives normally enough until sat in traffic for about 5-10 mins then she goes up & gets all hot and bothered - is this normal - see attached - as soon as i'm moving again she drops back down to about middle which I assume is normal. Have a trip down M3 @ weekend - should i take her Cheers

Update Time Hi Guys Started checking the car over and discovered that the coolant level seemed very low, put some more in and she now seems to be driving normally( where should the temp needle be by the way). Am driving her to work in the AM (london rush hour) and will take it from there - Hopefully evrything has sorted itself,am going to do a full drain down, clean and refill etc as soon as i get a chance. Attached is an engine bay shot - can anybody tell me from pic if I have the right radiator and if not what it should look like - Am planning to renew the cooling system - so pump, stat and rad will be bought @ the end of the month. Cheers for all the help.

Cheers pete will start in the morn, hopefully with sucess will try and get some pics up laer of the rad to see if any1 can ID it. Is there a specific coolant i should use, like blue, red, green etc had a toymota and the arguments over whether red or green coolant should be used went on for months. Have some bog standard blue stuff -summer coolant its labelled will this do, at least if nothing else to get me going till i can get to halfrauds or somewhere thanks again

As jay has said you can make anything work if you try, are you specifically after a H4 unit that does both Low&Hi or 2 seperate units to do Low and Hi. My UK WRX has H4 headlights so if you wanted the 1 unit does all then a swap is all you need plus a conversion harness, which shouldn't be that hard to knock up Have been looking at projectors with HID bulbs in them - retrofitsource.com are great for info and parts & they have an ebay shop too which make ordering stuff easier. They are pretty helpful with info too - If you email them your vehicle details and what you want to achieve they will tell you how it could be done My last car, which I fitted HID low beams to passed its MOT with them on, when I questioned this (after I had the cert in my hand) I was told that because the car had the manual adjustment load switch on it, it had passed, was told if washers were fitted they would have to work, but as any car would fail under the unfit for use section if tested while dirty, they didn't need it. Have been looking into conversions for about 10 years now and Nobody seems to know what is MOT legal and what isn't. The MOT handbook testers get says that if fitted, they should be treated as if fitted as standard so they have to function properly. The only thing that seems to be for certain at the moment is if you ask the garage you use for MOT's if fitted would it Pass and they say yes, take it there everytime. Have been told by a friend in the trade that there are more changes being planned for this year to so we have to just wait and then find a way round the new rules as well.
