cams and lightened flywheel mixed with air filter and exhaust then remapped would give you a good change, that's the route I would go. It's what i was going to do with my Fiesta Zetec S but I bought the Subaru instead.

You could swap your cams for some slightly harsher ones and maybe a lightened flywheel. That would give you a good change most likely :).

That's the engine cradle not the sub frame just so you know :)

Most stereos have an SD style slot that should have a card in containing the maps. I'm guessing yours is missing.
