  1. my car before it started the "donor" car the wheels,grill and fuel flap were the first things to go on (coz they're easy lol) i will be uploading more pics as i get them (bonnet,bumpers,skirts and crystal headlights going on soon)

  5. not too sure how far from me you are gambit but i have a fairly big car park at the community center just down the road from me and they quite often hold "fun days" there i will see if i can find out who to speak to about wether or not we'd need liability insurance etc and then maybe we can look at getting a BBQ going or something
  6. i was getting the neighbor sons football and slipped on the decking and face planted a screw that was sticking out from where someone had ripped some of the boards up while the house was vacant :(

  14. not tried it myself but after watching a video on youtube it looks really easy to do but tbh i think i'd take the wheels off to do it rather than spraying them on the car that way i can avoid having to cover the calipers etc with plastic

  18. hi mate welcome to the site ;) i'm not too sure what is (if anything) wrong with the gearbox but i'm sure that there will be someone along soon enough that will be able to help :)
  19. i've been very busy lately so sorry for not keeping updated i had my stereo fitted from day 1 and all lights etc worked fine until i installed the lighter so will take a look over the weekend and let you all know how i get on :)
  20. thanks for that i'm assuming that was the car "testing itself" all the clicks and the fans etc?
  21. i would assume that the more mods you have on your car the more "care" you'll take so as to not lose all that work money and effort
  22. have checked all fuses and all are correct amp how would i go about seeing if it needs grounding?( i don't have a multimeter )
  23. the pricing on JGM looks to be very reasonable never had a car mapped personally so was a little worried about pricing etc thanks for the link gambit (sorry for hijacking your thread swissy)
  24. i can't 100% guarantee that my car will all be the same colour as i'm taking the bonnet,front bumper (plus other bits) from the donor car which is blue and my wagon's green i hope that wont be an issue
  25. I've talked the missus into letting me go to this but won't have any money till 7th of next month but will try and get the tickets before hand so then it's done ;) can't wait to both see the cars there and to meet the guys/girls from on here
