  1. As the coffin was being lowered into the ground at a Traffic Warden’s funeral a voice from inside screamed out “I’m not dead, let me out, please, please help me – I’m not dead” The vicar smiled serenely, sucked air in through his teeth and muttered “Too f*****g late pal, the paperwork’s already done ........” :D
  2. That`s what I really meant, once you remove the old bulb from its housing, pull the bulb out of its socket and plug the new one in (they are polarity sensitive ) and its a very snug fit back into its aperture. Really it makes sense to remove the battery and air box to make it very easy to do.
  3. Also. You can buy LED headlights nowadays for not too much £. I may have look at those meself. Sent from my Galaxy S 5 using Tapatalk
  4. It just fits into the socket. But it's a tight fit for your fingers. Unless you have a wee helper with tiny hands. That's if you. ..like me, can't be arsed to remove the air box and battery. Sent from my Galaxy S 5 using Tapatalk
  5. Thats just with the sidelights, they are awesomely bright and in daylight serve as DRLs. Sent from my Galaxy S 5 using Tapatalk
  6. But watch your hands!
  7. Pity we can`t use them as reversing lights....ours are !Removed!. :)
  8. They`re a lot cheaper now as well. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/361026854045?_trksid=p2060778.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT I think they are T10 s......you`ll have to check.......a tight fit and quite fiddly but worth it.
  9. Yep..sides only. I'll find the link for ya. Sent from my Galaxy S 5 using Tapatalk
  10. Thought I would share. :) http://www.epicdash.com/the-46-most-brilliant-life-hacks-every-human-being-needs-to-make-life-easier/
  11. Not a problem, I posted a link to a Haynes manual.
  12. Photo`s of the Cree LEDs and HID zenon headlights. headlights I think I paid £10 for the LED sidelight bulbs and £30 for the HIDs The pics don`t really do justice. The sidelight bulbs just about fit into the original sockets but are as bright as most DRLs. Can`t remember if they T10 s or not. All from Ebay.
  13. No idea on the coolant problem but here`s a workshop manual. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HAYNES-OWNERS-WORKSHOP-MANUAL-SUBARU-LEGACY-OUTBACK-BAJA-00-09-USA-89101-/231178916291?pt=UK_CarParts_Vehicles_Manuals_Litterature_ET&hash=item35d35651c3
  14. What was the problem you were having Barry?
  15. Cheers for that Dave ;)

  18. My last one had them sort of built into the side skirts. Sent from my Galaxy S 5 using Tapatalk
  19. That's very kindly of you senior! Sent from my Galaxy S 5 using Tapatalk
  20. Hello and welcome! :)
  21. No....its just do able from under the bonnet. And I've got hands like shovels with sausage finger desease. Sent from my Galaxy S 5 using Tapatalk
  22. But I've fitted HID units to all mine. I agree you need hands like action man to change the bulbs unless you remove the battery. Side light bulbs are even worse. I've changed the standard ones for Cree LED s. They are super bright white. Sent from my Galaxy S 5 using Tapatalk
  23. There's a bolt holding the headlamp in and it's underneath....crazy idea. Sent from my Galaxy S 5 using Tapatalk
  24. I had to build that from scratch. If I use the ones on t I had to build that one from scratch! Sent from my Galaxy S 5 using Tapatalk
