  2. new seals fitted and brakes back together without damaging new paint so thats a bonus, roll on weekend to get them fitted
  3. strip't brembos at weekend and gave them a new coat paint, fitted new seals this morning, will get them on car at weekend
  4. bov wont fit yours mate, yhe base plate is wrong shape and hole centres are diffrent, blob uses a tringle shape base plate, the hatch wrx and wrx-s uses a diamond shape base plate. you want this mate, same one i have on my car http://scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=4026
  5. Oh i forgot yours is sti i was thinkin the wrx-s.you wont need a map if you just change cat back part exhaust, you really want to get rid the cats then remap.they say around 20-30bhp for an exhaust,am not too sure but i think i read the prodrive exhaust only has one cat but would have to check and am sure someone on here could tell you more about it. 6. My exhaust is a hayward and scott, its not custom made.what bhp is your car now with prodrive map? With full decat exhaust and standard turbo you be looking round 180bhp Sent from my LG-D855 using Tapatalk
  7. still not found one guys
  8. thanks mate, think i found why they was under powered,on close inspection one of the dust seals was split and the piston had gone tight with dirt so was almost stuck,so lucky i have bought new seals to go in.sould be good when new seals in and all pistons move right.finished painting the rest of the parts today, left them out in the sun to soak up some rays just hope i dont chip or scratch the paint when fitting new seals, may even leave them now till next weekend to let paint go hard, dont think mrs would let me put them in oven for a bit
  9. so the brembos i bought the paint was pealin on back as brake fluid had been left on them,so i thought i would give them a full overhaul,so strip't all paint and ordered a new seal kit from godspeed and bleed nipple kit for them,oh and stickers,so had paint strip't a while but not done anything with them so today i got my **** in gear and split them and started the paint job, looking good i think, next job tommorrow will be get new seals in then will finally have them on the car,oh and bonus the paint is near same colour to the car
  10. made a start on painting the brembos, next job to get new seal kit in them and get them back on car.
  11. so someone ask me a while ago how to remove the facia round the radio on a hatchback,so here is my quick guide. first open passenger door so you can see panel on end of the dash if you put your finger under the bottom corner and pull it will pop right off, dont have to pull hard then you will see a screw holding the trim on,remove the screw shown in the picture once you have the screw out you can pull the trim out towards you, gently pull out and the air vent will pop out moving along the trim gently pull it out you will hear the tabs click and does feel like the trim is going to break but it wont when you have the trim unclip't to the centre, pull gently at bottom radio facia and it will pop out, radio facia is held with 5 tabs, one each side and three across top,its also held to the trim under neath with some bigger tabs across bottom were i have mark't red, which you will probably have to unclip with your fingers but may just pop off when out dash once you have separated the too parts you can reinstall the lower trim in the revers order as you can just push radio facia back on with lower trim in place, you will have to gently bend end trim in to slide air vent back in its hole, once air vent is in just tap along trim to pop clips back in then you will just have the facia trim to push back on,job done
