  1. I had an s13 200sx a while back - the subaru was the first car to put a smile on my face since owning that motor :)
  2. they are Agelis 51's 225 / 60R / 16C
  3. Running Mich Agelis on my van - they may have changed the compound as have done 15k on them so far mostly Mway miles, just swopped front to rear to stretch replacement, grip is excellent though particularly in the snow, had no problems when the snow has hit over the last couple of years
  4. oh dear no accounting for taste - would be ok if they were functional but I get the impression that is purely for looks
  5. flywheel skimming at the same time is a wise move - ensures optimum clutch operation and stops uneven wear
  6. big boys started it, then ran away :D
  7. Great looking car - having black wheels makes them look smaller as well - ask any lady with an LBD :)
  8. I wonder if they actually know the market they are selling into??
  9.
  10. Wayhay - echo Gambits statement, put your mark on it and all will be well :)
  11. nice one - The ring - a nice calender point to aim for and ensure the work gets completed ;)
  12. does that legacy model you tested have a metal surround all the way around the doors as the impreza models were changed to incorporate that with the newer models with noise reduction being the reason. ultimately the SWMBO quality gate is one that needs to be passed... so there are some pharmacuticals - allegedly - that may help in order to pass the gate :D I had a chap next door to me who, for 15 years, took an angle grinder on a regular basis to two alfa suds - I never saw either of these two cars turn a wheel so the one thing I concluded was Alfa knuts can get anything through a quality gate if they want to
  13. it is too far removed from the concept car IMO - shame really
  14. I think they should have selected neutral first :D
  15. you shouldnt have any issues given your Alfa experience ;)
  16. dont mind the shark fin - was considering one of those previously...
  17. thats great to hear after the initial niggles
  18. That is a beast!!
  19. it can do but you are looking at only a small amount - and it becomes a trade off between how much wear internally you are willing to accept against the maximum amount of performance the engine can generate - if you are not racing I would not worry about it
  20. should be the same - still a caliper and piston setup like the others, chock the front wheels and release the brake oh and welcome :)
  21. yup me to
