  1. OK Guys! I replaced MAF, Lambda and found a Pollen Filter! Still have some kind of hesitation during hard acceleration???
  2. The pollen filter advised - does NOT fit my car - it's too small and too thin for my car... http://catalog.mann-filter.com/EU/eng/catalog/MANN-FILTER%20Katalog%20Europa/Cabin%20Filter/CU%201526 Can anyone advise on another filter please?????
  3. Ok thank you mate! It can be found used on Ebay a lot cheaper than that -) As of Lambda - great link, appreciate that!
  4. Puprle 22680 AA280 - A36-613 R80 What Lambda do you use for Forester? anyone got a part number?
  5. OK .I've done the diagnosis - the error codes 23 and 32... 23 is MAF, what is 32??? Lambda?
  6. Any idea if these wheels will fit my forester - this is also for Subaru, but Impreza...
  7. Great answers here! So if I plug in the black ones into the green ones it will activate a test mode? That's pretty interesting, I wonder what would be the procedure for the gearbox... Another question is - when you do diagnostics on the computer which car shall the mechanic choose, as there is no such models -) would it work with the Impreza? and if yes what model as there are a few of them!
  8. Did it fit in the end? Why on earth make 2 different filters for the same car? How much was the filter?
  9. Anyone to the questions above? Do you know the part number for the pollen filter anyone? My car hasn't got one, but I want to put a new one -)
  10. Oh thank you very much. Also the first picture doesn't work -((( so not sure what connectors I should use -) Is there a similar guide for the auto gearbox codes as well?
  11. No idea to be honest, but at night I never use them, as the standard fog lights are way better -) I think it's rather a good looking feature, not very practical one... Oh and do you know how to read the check engine codes?
  12. Not really, may be they would be useful combined WITH the standard fog lights at the same time, but on their own they're not very good. Also bear in mind that I haven't used them much... I would rather link them with the full beam, that would help for sure then -) Put it this way, I wouldn't drive just with these lights, without the headlights at all, even at slow speeds.
  13. Well the secondary fog lights are more for the look as they really don't do that much. The wiring is linked to the standard fog lights there is the same button to turn them on and the separate button FOG SELECT where I can choose which fogs to switch on, but they don't work all at the same time...
  14. I've read that it's important to choose the correct oil if there is an LSD gearbox and diffs, and I do have an LSD, also not sure if all the axles or just front of rear... 75/90 - synthetic or mineral and what brands???
  15. You can find many european brands as well like Bosch, I'm not saying that it's better than OEM but 10 times cheaper and I'd rather change it more often, then keeping the original one for 10 years -) What's important in my opinion is a good oil, especially or the gearbox and differentials hence the question above -)
  16. Why Kill the car? I always used an aftermarket fuel filters, I can't justify paying a fortune for an original fuel filter, I'd rather change an aftermarket one every year! What kind of OIL do you recommend of the gearbox and for the differentials????
  17. Does anyone tried an aftermarket fuel filter? The original one seems to be way overpriced -) Can you recommend one for me please?
  18. I agree, well the cold readings are not always accurate, so what I'll do is change the oil completely and see if it's going to be ok then!
  19. The cols one is here https://picasaweb.google.com/108629679967946639907/Subaru?authuser=0&authkey=Gv1sRgCIzdteiyn9K5Fw&feat=directlink
  20. Can anyone tell if this level is too low or too high or just how it should be? really confusing for me - hot gearbox! https://picasaweb.google.com/108629679967946639907/HOTGearboxOILLevel?authuser=0&authkey=Gv1sRgCOmrp73PqbW98QE&feat=directlink THANK YOU!!!!
  21. Great info. Thank you! Cost a fortune need to save up for the kit, but definitely worth the hassle! Now if someone has any info regarding the Auto Gearbox (TZ103ZB1AA) and if it has a filter at all? and if yes a part number would be great?
  22. I found a couple of screws under the glovebox indeed, didn't realise that I would need a screwdriver for that -) The Toyota one had plastic screws with wide caps, so it was easy to undo by hand...
  23. Great reply! Thank you very much. Is there any chance someone could make a list of ALL the bushes as If I'm to replace them then the whole lot once, as I'm pretty sure the 19 year old ones are pretty old now -) I'll have a look for the pollen filter! Yes I do have some wooden trims on the doors -)
