I agree with martyc these sort off products seem a bit too much of a sales pitch also correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't spraying a water based de greaser directly into your intake be well not very good for your engine?

Is it worth saving up for a decent cover? I've seen some for up to £160 id assume they'd be amazing but my friend had a cheap cover on his jeep to stop it getting covered it bird **** but instead it seeped through and stained his paint, but it was ALOT of **** and he left it for like a couple months?

Personally I would steer clear as I wouldn't want to be spraying chemicals into my engine, and I can't imagine there to be any real improvements if your car is serviced properly and regularly, but someone on here may have experience with it that may say different!

Have you tested the cars battery? I know I had a similar problem with my old car and that was down to a worn out battery turned out, maybe worth a look?

Hi, my '98 v4 sti need new front brakes as theres a hell of a wobble when braking from speed, although the pads look like nearly new, im assuming the guy before me didnt bed them in properly so looking to just change the discs? or would it still be advisable to do the pads too? also i'm really struggling to find a reasonably priced set, i'm not really looking to upgrade them at the mo so just want standard discs unless there are sets available that are not much dearer. only ones i can find are the black diamond ones on scoobyworld and these if they're the right size? http://www.godspeedbrakes.co.uk/impreza-ver-4-onwards-type-r/134-impreza-294mm-front-grooved-discs-and-kevlar-pads.html but with the price unsure if they're actually any good? sorry could do with as much info as possible, never had a car that has so many variations and upgrade options haha all seems a bit of a minefield! And tunnels and car parks 😍 My Impreza is definately the best turbo car I've had, had a seat Leon cupra r with a stage 1 remap that was quick but didnt put a smile on my face like this does, and my bmw 320d m sport was near impossible to hear but was a very comfy generally solid all round car much more possibilities with a scooby too! 😁

Yea I have that problem on my bmw 318i fixer upperer definately noticeable when you let off and feels like that brakes are on and one wheel is red hot!

Are there clock sets available to change a v4 STI to mph without messing around with the mileage?
