  1. I saw this on his other thread and none of the codes for ECU relate to the abs. I did a bit of golfing and came up with some abs codes but they didn't have some of the codes nich had posted. After further reading It's not a full list and no one seems to have a complete list. Seems the only real way is to use the proper diagnostics tool from Subaru to find out what's going on. Here are the codes hope they help.
  2. Totally changes the rear of the car, for the better. Not looking forward to doing mine though :(
  3. Played trials HD on the xbox downloaded the xbone vers but haven't played it yet.
  4. Don't know anyone over that way. What's the issue? When I did mine, I just had a new belt, but you have to replace the tensioner and pullies with a new ones as using the old ones made the belt half a tooth out.
  5. Good luck with the search. Obviously autotrader aswell but IMHO PH is better.
  6. Check the condition of the connections on the maf and it's plug, might have some crud causing the issue. Also try doing an ECU reset.
  7. If you saw this last year you'll know its a very good programme. As with season 1 it follows David Higgins in the American Rally Championship and the Subaru drivers in the Global rally team. Well worth following.
  8. Try Pistonheads http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds?Category=used-cars&M=911&M=572&M=910&YearFrom=2008&isExperiment=True
  9. What time did you start? 6am :) Think I'm going to have to leave mine till the weekend.
  10. I've posted the wrong workshop manual it's for the 2008. Gambit do have a link for the 2005?
  11. With the good weather it was a great turn out this month. Thanks to Banstead Stig for the pics.
  12. Congrats on the purchase can't see any pics? The factory speakers are rubbish. Don't know of any direct fit but there's bound to be adapters and such to fit after market speakers. Haven't bothered with it myself at present. Prob worth getting the service dome so you start with the car in the best possible shape. This thread has info on I drive and the DCCD. http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/4392-i-drive-dccd-explained/ This thread has link to the workshop manuals. http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/5457-2008-impreza-wrx-and-sti-workshop-manual/
  13. Welcome to the club, looking forward to seeing how this develops.
  14. Does Ash want a set? £10.52 all in.
  15. Looks great it's amazing how easy everything is when you have all the right tools and ramp. So much better than working on the driveway.
  16. Pnp is £5. I use a piece of tube so they don't get creased.
  17. Washed the car and then went through 2 of the brass brushes you get in dremel kits, cleaning the carbon off the inside of the exhaust pipes. Only got halfway through one side, still got the other to go. Going to need about six of them
  18. If you do go the remap route Jolly Green Monster is highly recomended.
  19. Shame the log book doesn't list all the prev owners :(
