So come to change the fuel filter on my Impreza yesterday the one in the engine bay and now it won't start I have a fuel pressure reg which is holding pressure as normal no leaks at all have over half a tank of fuel and just put new spark plugs as the other ones were full of fuel so thought it had flooded its self still no joy please any ideas would be great as only have couple days then meant to be going on holiday in it thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I've had my cars mapped by Duncan a few times over the years 3 times rcm and once on the road my mates had his mapped a couple times by him and his dad had his mapped by him all turned out very good and I would use him every time all I see about him is bad biggest problem I've found with him is getting hold of him took 4 weeks to reply to a text before which I find really bad but just deal with it when i 1st spoke to him about my current car I was thinking esl but got the impression he don't like mapping them as all he did was list bad things but then got a alcatek ecu cheap which the guy got off Duncan so worked out good I think a lot of it is personal preference biggest plus with Duncan tho is he don't try to sell you anything Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

After changing my box I get a rattle/ whining noise mainly in 4 and 5 at low revs does happen in all gears but can't hear it over exhaust it's coming from under gearstick and it's the centre diff seen a few people have the same problem Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The most annoying thing is there is an Impreza on my drive with a forged cdb been there for over a year and will stay they there for a couple more years I'm thinking around 3000 for the engine build already sorted turbo then it will be just injectors I'll do most the build myself except machine work Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Things are getting abit expensive with all this choices the v3 v4 sti sounds like the easiest option found a few v3 sti engines but not willing to split so may just buy the engine then build that that way don't need to take mine off the road until it's finished Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I had a set of these but from scooby clinic as they were closed when I came to order worked perfect just make sure all seals seat properly now upgraded to cdf high flow rails if you have any problems I'll do my best to help Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm thinking about getting the gearbox I took out my car recondition I know the synchro are gone in it as it crunches in every gear but it's already out the car and as you say it would be as good as new might have to ring round Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

After some research looks like it might that or centre diff only got the box in couple days ago and was assured when I brought it it was good hope I can sort it without taking it back out of you don't mind how much was it to get your box reconditioned and what parts were replaced? So after driving the car abit at 1st the gears crunched but after oil got around that's stopped changes gear perfect but there is a really loud noise coming from the gearbox right under the gear stick like a grinding noise don't hear it in 1st or 2nd when pulling off but once up to speed can hear it over my blitz nur spec if I take it out of gear while rolling it goes away any ideas what this could be? It is back in now and car back on the road thanks for the offer tho it went back in really easy on my own I've done 5 speed and a 6 speed with a friend and they been right pains to do but thankfully it went really easy this time :) if only it could always be a easy job Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
