  1. Flash Gun was strapped to the underside of my garage door, used a trigger on my camera and of course used a tripod lol
  2. the florescent orange is a matt finish, been thinking that if i get them covered in brake dust will it come off.. or will it mark easy??? So might put a satin lacquer of them, at least i can clean them then lol
  3. finally allowed to get on my wheels this weekend, so Saturday I finished off rubbing the last three alloys down and today I taped up and sprayed them in the white matt finish ready to apply the top coats of florescent orange..... next weekend ;) used some paint tins to keep the ally off the gravel drive :) coverage of this stuff is excellent, I've got it to cover in one go. The beauty of this graffiti paint is it's ability to cover. We'll have to see how it dries before I put the finish coats of Matt Florescent Orange on. My though is this graffiti artist paint will go on any surface, is fast drying and should come off and you always hear the council and train companies saying how hard it is to remove I won't put putting as much on the inside part of the rim as opposed to the main face of the alloy. At £3.30 a can I'm not going to worry if I need another rattle can though ;)
  4. Angelwax is specialist and not what you'd find at Halfords or The General car shows. I first saw it at waxstock last year at Peterborough show ground. All the top wax companies were there. I bought their billberry alloy cleaner. 5litres of consentrate solution was about 15 pounds. I dilute about an inch in a litre bottle. Works well and lasts ages. Sent from my ST23i using Tapatalk
  5. Mer tyre shine is great. Ive ran out of that and bought Mothers tyre shine. Which is even better. But ten quid a bottle. LoL Sent from my ST23i using Tapatalk
  6. Can recommed the QED spray too Sent from my ST23i using Tapatalk
  7. winter. but tomorrow I want to clean down the three other STi 17"s ready to spray orange.. then I'm ready for winter.
  8. FINISHED!!! done the bumper and boot tonight, along with cleaning the roof wrap with AutoFinesse detailing spray (that has no silicone in it so it leave it a flat finish), I also went over the glass with it too. Good results in my eyes. Just a shame I photo'd the car this evening and couldn't see if I was in focus or not lol Enjoy ;) I've been pleased how the AngelWax 'DRIFT' has left my white car. As said not the easiest to polish off but once you get into it you can feel the finish is like no other I've used before. I also can recommend the AutoFinesse for the wrap'd roof too.
  9. the girl there also said if you want to put a clear lacquer over it used normal car spray paint stuff. As their graffiti paint is acrylic based (like most car spray paints now). But she said there's no need. I won't bother for now and will see how it hold up, not a big thing to whip them over if they mark too easily over winter ;)
  10. She showed me the chart of different style and size of spray tips. They're 20p each. But looking at the one that comes as standard it will be fine. Not too wide and good flow rate. Sent from my ST23i using Tapatalk
  11. get some hammerite spray/ or paint. make sure you de grease them well first. I did my classic's red.
  12. I've started.... A shop in Nottm that sells Graffiti Spray paint in 400ml cans at only £3.30 a can.. they do Florescent Orange. I asked the guy if its ok for alloy wheels and he said it sticks to anything so alloys should be a problem, he went onto say ppl buy off him and spray their whole car! Will be interesting how this paint is, with it being fast drying and Matt finish it should look good on my white car. So I bought some of the white base coat... Then picked up some of these... and started rubbing my blue wheels down today.. only managed one before it started raining lol once all wheels are rubbed down I'll start spraying. :P
  13. Still for sale. :-o Sent from my ST23i using Tapatalk

  19. just had half an hour waxing up the two passenger side doors :)
  20. I can't seem to see many polish marks (those little scratches you get in the paint work), so I think this polish must get rid of some of them.
  21. I had my AP organic racing clutch fitted at TSL @ Keyworth/Notts. They've now closed and the mechanics (Glen + Beccy) set up Carnetix @ Melton Mowbray. That must be nearer for you ;)
  22. apparently a power polishers not the way to go with type of wax
