Hello everyone, i am new here and im looking for some help regarding a parasitic draw issue ive been having and cant figure out. I have narrowed it down to the 20A clock room fuse in the engine bay, and upon further investigation and disconnecting everything that i have found on that circuit, the draw was still there.. So i decided to dig under the dash and look for something that is warm therefore drawing constant power, i found a denso 5260 relay with a blue connector that is sitting ontop of the fuse box bracket( clipped in from the underside pretty much hidden away) and what do you know, i
Hi. I have seen this problem on a few forums but haven't actually seen a definite fix. Having now fixed mine, I thought I would share what I did. Fault: I have a UK spec 2003 Forester SG (non-turbo). Occasionally, when using the remote to lock or unlock the car, although the right-hand indicator would flash a few times and then go off as normal, the left-hand one would just stay on. At first, when this happened, I would just press the remote a few times until it sorted itself out. My 2007 R spec b 3.0L Legacy sometimes won't start. The engine warning light and ABS light come on and the cruise control light flashes. The only way to start the car seems to be to rock it from side to side and switch the ignition on and off several times. After sometimes 5 minutes, but more often than not 30, I can get the car to go. The car sticks in sport mode and the cruise control won't work under these conditions. This happens sporadically and my Subaru dealer is at a loss to know what is causing it. Sometimes, months will go by with no problem then it'll happen several times in a row.
