hardlythere Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Just returned home with my 05 plate 2 litre turbo Forester in black, after missing out on two the previous week. A few parking scratches nothing serious and drove down the M25 andM1 just playing about with the accelerator, its parked on the drive and I'm desperate for the wife to say she wants to go the garden centre.(for the first time) 2
Jay762 Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Awesome - as above, we don't believe you unless there is photographic evidence :D
hardlythere Posted March 21, 2015 Author Posted March 21, 2015 Hopefully get some pics tomorrow, I don't know if anyone can help me on this thread but suddenly realized I'm not sure if I should be careful as to what fuel is going to be best for this engine. Should I be aiming for v power or something similar, be interested on what you guys think.
Scoobyghost Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 There has been a thread recently discussing the correct fuel and the consensus seems to be certainly use a higher octane fuel. V power would be a good shout.
stants Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Hello & welcome glad your enjoying the new car, certainly surprises other motorist's when they don't realise what power they have
hardlythere Posted March 27, 2015 Author Posted March 27, 2015 As requested pictorial evidence of my recent purchase, fully understand the need for this evidence;can't just let anyone in ;) Put in a full tank of v power think I'll stay with it can't do any harm. 2

hardlythere Posted March 28, 2015 Author Posted March 28, 2015 HI bitman it came with a 2 month old set of Avon ZV5's ,I can get them locally for 74 pound each but will probably upgrade to a better wet weather tyre when they expire. Thanks
