I don't want to sacrifice reliability too much, so what would be a sensible first step? Filters? Exhaust? Remap? WideSam Posted August 17, 2015 Share Posted August 17, 2015 You've pretty much answered your own question- get the engine breathing well (new air filter and exhaust) then get it mapped to suit. If you're looking a bit longer term/a bit more power, you can get bigger injectors and play around with your fuel feeds a bit. stants Posted August 18, 2015 Share Posted August 18, 2015 Only heard good things about surrey scoobies, a few members on here use them so if they are giving advice/possible upgrade path you should be in good hands, cosworth are dry filters so need changing at service intervals, where as k&n etc are oiled, which can play havoc with the maf sensor, people tend to stay away from then unless they are going maf less Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
