cornish6544
Since I've had my classic since july the heating hasn't worked , if you turn it on cold air still blows out but doesn't heat up , wasn't a problem in summer but now i wouldn't mind having some heating and demisting the windscreen is becoming a problem
savage bulldogs
Once the engines warm check the 2 coolant pipes that go into the bulkhead towards the heater matrix are getting warm . The black and blue ones in this pic behind the gearbox bell housing are the flow and return. If 1 is hot and 1 is not the it's either a blockage or air lock in the heater matrix (little rad behind the dash) If they're both hot then it's probably the heater control cables that have either broken or disconnected from the flap that diverts the blower air through the matrix to heat the air and visa versa

Scoobyghost
Air con is separate to heating and internal matrix [emoji5]
cornish6544
The 2 pipes that you were talking about on mine aren't connected to anything in the engine bay
Scoobyghost
Your heater matrix has been bypassed. That's usually done because it leaks. Only fix for that is to pull out the dashboard and fit a new matrix.
