December 29, 201510 yr I done a bit of research and found on clubwrx it is mentioned the actual size is 3.5mm. May be worth using 3mm and lube or go for 4mm and use some ties at the ends. Also not sure of the pills diameter. If you change that section you want that snug.

January 7, 201610 yr Sorry the pressure sender is in pic 2 it's the temp sender in the other pic, Mine looks like this as all electric Have you had a look at the kit you got from scooby parts ? Does the sender screw into the threaded bung ok ?
