Help needed how do you change plugs on a Subaru Impreza 

driver side you need to remove the airbox to be able to access them, passenger side you need to take out the washer bottle and battery out. Coil packs are a bolt each to take out which then gives you access to the plugs!

 

Easist way is to pay a garage! Best thing i did as it took them ages due to access and being fiddly  ( impreza hatchback )

easy, takes about half hour 

 

battery out, washer bottle out , air filter out 

 

unplug ht leads, whip plugs out , new ones in 

 

rebuild 

Ty all I've done ht leads coil pack but still missing a bit before boost last thing is plugs

Its a doodle job and certainly worth saving labour cost. As has been said a few bits to take out the way first and it is fiddly but it'll teach you about your car. Just be careful not to cross thread them back in.

Or snap them, two of mine had huge chunks of ceramic missing when I took them out

I will be honest some people sed it was a hard job to do when I did it took me 20 minutes start to finish
