Mattb Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Hi everyone, I signed up yesterday and got some good advice, thanks to those guys. Ive seen this classic 2000 turbo while looking for a run about and I'd say it's worth a look as it looks a clean example that hasn't been modified much, might suit a purist looking to keep it original like me. I can't upload a link but it's at ACL cars in Birmingham. Oh and any advice on which spark plugs are best for a standard 2000 turbo would be a big help. Thanks.
Tidgy Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Looking at it its going to need some work, looks like both rear arches are going, when rust is visible means the inner wing will be a right mess so that will need doing as well. Prob looking at £300 ish per side. need to find out about the service history and what is ment by 'full'.
Mattb Posted August 16, 2016 Author Posted August 16, 2016 When I got mine the arches were bubbling but I got that sorted. It just has the look of mine and it turned out to be a good one. being un modified at that age is very rare.
