just wondering about the injectors in my hawkeye, they have done 105k now, are we supposed to get them checked or serviced at all ??

Lll you could remove them and send them off to be cleaned, depends on if you could be bothered

Do they go wrong at this mileage or need cleaning etc or are they something that go on forever type of thing

When I sent mine off they showed a decent improvement on the before/after test.  Cant remember where I put the results now though. 

Ive had it done on a different car. Despite figures showing improvement I didn't notice anything better for the car.

Cant say I did either, just did it for peace of mind really. 

We spend a lot of money on premium fuel, seems daft not to make sure its getting in right! 

If you haven't done it for a while or ever... bang some redex into your tank once or twice... helps clean out your fuel lines and injectors etc

Ive bought some redex advanced petrol treatment from halfords today and stuck it in the tank, now I know it's early doors, but after about ten minutes driving the car felt smoother and dare I say it, pulled a bit harder and cleaner, I don't know if this is just psychosomatic but it defo felt better, maybe it's just raised the octane a bit ?

5th gear done a test where they tried to get HP out of an old car for cheap by general maintenance essentially. One of the test was the fuel additive to clean out the fuel system, car gained 5hp!

I def felt a difference when i first used it on my car, but you will probably never feel the improvement again, I tend to put some through my tank once every 6 months
