Since i bought my car the windows have always been slow to come up pretty much all four although the drivers is bit quicker than the rest, its the same situation with the seatbelt also. Do i need replacement motors? its got to the point now where the windows will barely move.

if i do need parts does anyone know where to get good genuine subaru parts?

before you invest in new motors, try taking a panel off and cleaning up any electrical contacts, doesnt cost very much for some proper contact cleaner and the improved flow of wigglies may mean a better movement, you could check runners etc whilst you are in there as dependant if the car has been parked by trees they could be gummed up with sap.

2nd what jay has said but also go buy some dry lube and spray it on all the runners, have used this before and because its a dry lube it does'nt get on the window glass everytime you open the window

I just used some silicone lube on runners, it helped a lot. With seatbelts, you need to get to the drums, pull the belts all the way out and clean some last 30cm and spray them with wd40. And then just retract and pull them out a few times, should be much better
