Ha ha good stuff mate love it. That's the fmic ive got sitting in my garage fingers crossed I'll have a go at fitting it sooner rather than later. Bit of holiday coming up so maybe at the end of it I'll have a bash at it.

Looking good! I've had mine a few months now and all I've had chance to do is get a DEFI triple hood and double a pillar pod installed...and a radio. Oh and I ordered a JDM hazard switch haha. Wish I had more spare cash to sink into mine...

Also out of curiosity, how much did you buy your car for? Was surprised at the amount of HP it put out...only a EJ20 though isn't it? In saying that I'm sure the EJ25 has the same spec power wise?

@Seminole81 pics below mate and cheers for compliment ive got new coilovers and rear arb fter fmic install then full engine dress up lol i get bored when im not tinkering lol

Not much of an update but im tryimg to be as detailed as i can lol my mishimoto rad stays have come im going to give the engine bay a good serving of pink bits eventually when the intercooler is out the way

I've got a set of these easy upgrade with a nice impact when the bonnet is up. My only gripe is not the stays but my ally rad mounts must be slightly out as the stays are not quite square enough for me minor niggle probably but I like things right.

Right today i fitted my front mount

I took some pics as i went on as nobody had any pics for refrence to show me so i thought if i can help somebody out it only takes afew seconds step by step so here they are

Bumper and grill removed

New intercooler mount in its place

This is smaller than the old bar so i filled the large holes with polostyrine removed off the bumper

These 3 tabs need to be cut off (paint all exposed metal after even though itll be rusty already

Mount intercooler

Remove radiator overflow bottle

Remove standard intercooler and save the bolts to mount new intercooler bottom brackets with also strut brace needs removing to get tmic off

Replace with new slimline one also bottom mounting point for old bottle needs cutting off to fit intercooler piping i had to cut the mounting tab and re drill hole

The standard flanged dump valve wont fit onto this kit so il be fetching a normal dump valve tomorrow and il add pics as this really stumped me for a while

Next was trimming the bumper this takes 2 hours easily to do correctly once again il add pics for reference

I raised my reg plate 2" purely for looks lol

Job done apart for dump valve tomorrow so il post when done.

Im in no way a mechanic nor am i saying this is how it should be done im just sharing how i found the install

Also this job looks daunting but really is pretty easy if you have the tools and half a brain lol also a tea maker as its thirsty work 😉

No worrys mate i did it from 9 till aboit 5.30ish with no instructions so with these pics ul smash it in those instructions i sent you are worthless mate they must be for the us spec car or something lol @Fastboy67
