How wide can i go wheel wise?

Once my car is lowered i want some xxr wheels but i think the start at 8.5j currently im on 7s i think and they look lost

Ive got some xxr on my classic there 8.75 wide had to put them arch extensions on as there too wide but there great wheels very very light

No not hard just making sure there in the same place on both sides and no being scared to drill in to wings lol I hate the look of them tho so working on blending them in and making fiberglass ones :)

You can see how much they stick out without the arches over them it's about an inch an half

It getting a respray soon it's 24 year old and looks it lol didn't fancy trying to match the silver so black was easiest option for them

I did look at them and the abw super wide kit but after my van got stolen haven't got the money so next best thing make my own :)

XXR 8.75 bwith ET35 may just fit inside your arches, you'd probably need to get them rolled but thats it. I have 8.75 ET20 on mine and they were sticking out probably like on that classic above. I also have 15mm spacers and abw arches so all's fine now :)

I have 18x9.5j et38's and they poke out a little bit but not much, like them as they are, would have to put on 20mm spacers if I was to go down the arch extension route which I have considered but then there is no going back...
