Got new discs and pads to go on all round, and going to change the fluid whilst I'm there, question is, stick with DOT4 or go balls deep with dot5?

All opinions & suggestions welcome d694a6694c8f351ab313ebf7226ff251.jpg

wait... forgot, use 5.1. 5 and 4 can't be mixed... so any leftover fluid in your lines will mix, don't think that would be the best idea

Are they definitely warped ?

As if some pads and discs ain't put through their pases the grooves clog up . If thats the case sometimes getting a lot of heat in them (braking hard on a slip lane a few times) can clean em up .

Might be worth a try before complaining to them .

I warped 2 sets on mine but i think that was due to having red stuff & kevlar hard compound pads for road use .as ive done 1.5k on my current adb discs and pfc pads without issues (so far lol )

I'll try some heavy breaking to make sure first

I have previously done some spirited back road driving and they seem to get worse with more heat, but I'll double check [emoji106]

If they are fubar'd, give Alyn @ asperformance a bell to discuss a better option for a replacement . As he knows his scoobs and I've always been happy with his pricing and brand options [emoji6]

I'll be getting free replacements if they are warped, they have hardly done anything lol
