Another weekend lost to work commitments.

No car yet again and now getting a bit pi***d.

Tell you what though it has given me time to think of a few bits that I want done to the car.

I'b be pee'd off to and knackered.. with the sleepless night's of excitement and then being denied again.

But at least it's given you some thinking time :D what you planning so far then ?

Nothing too fancy mate.

Just a satnav double din and upgrades to the sound system.

brake pads and braided lines to better the brakes, and a set of RB320 mud flaps.

I was also thinking of adding a slightly louder back box to the exhaust.

Next year I'll probably get the seats sent away to get leather heated seats.

I don't blame you I wouldn't go over the top if I had a RB320 and sound's spot on what you have planned. If it's not got the windows tinted would be about the only thing big I would change look wise, I know it's not for everyone window tint's but I like them, hides the mess the kids make in the back. And ideal for a spot of dogging :D

Lol.

I'm sure the rears are already done, but I'll get the fronts slightly tinted to blend well with the rears.

Luckily I have another runaround to stick the young 1 in and he can make as much mess as he likes in that.

This car is for pleasure only (though not dogging ;))

Pics of the car will be posted as soon as I get to pick the car up.

I'll post a pic of my old car getting chopped in for it.

Thanks guys.

I could do nothing but laugh as I put the foot down and remembered how good these cars are.

I have got to say that although the ride is firmer, it is also a lot better dampened with the shocks fitted to the RB320, and rides over bumps a hell of a lot better.

The STI's I had before were standard, so having the extra 40bhp really was noticable after a year away from the Subaru.

Looks lovely mate!

Excuse my ignorance but what's the difference between a normal Hawk and the RB320? Apart from the extra horses (I take it, it's 320bhp from the name?). And is that a FMIC I see in the pic?

I know this is one of your dream cars Gambit, so I take it you know haha!

FMIC?

Anyway the main differences between the STI and the RB320 are:

Upgraded suspension, blistein (I think thats how you spell it) shocks, and 30mm lower springs on the rear and 10mm on the front.

Limited rear differential.

Prodrive Performance Pack (320BHP)

Prodrive 18" wheels.

Prodrive front splitter and grills

Quick Shift Gear Change Linkage

All RB320's are black as standard also.
