Done plumbing and building work since leaving school. And really started to hate it now so looking at going back to college in September to learn, 3d Graphics programming and design animation. And if I'm really good at it I earn more money for something I think I will enjoy. Only concern is not having the fiscal side of it but along way off yet :D
  5. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C :) And car looks really nice
  6. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C Car looks good buddy, not on your own with the insurance problem. we have a few that haven't been able to get the turbo for the same reason but like Jay said worth trying our clubs insurance. Saved some members money :)
  7. I've not played it for a bit after getting about 3 days of collecting stuff and having people with full on machine guns and camouflage gear just shooting me to nick m less than good gear :( I didn't fancy starting again to collect the same stuff again for the 5th time just to get killed on the 4th or 5th day. Couple of guy's I know know was making me laugh they held a bloke up put handcuffs on him and just nicked his trousers and shoes. Then let him run off
  8. If all the systems work thats a good thing heard people have had the same thing but the radio won't work or such thing's. It seems as soon as the power is cut from the radio this happens, and look's like it's a main stealers to have it sorted :( about £29.00 for the privilege. not sure if any of the other guy's know of a way around it or not.
  9. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C I'm a hawkeye fan but don't own one have a bug and a blobeye in the garage. Think be next one to add :) And if it's the bulb changes you are on about being the worst ever it's just as bad on the others too :(
  10. I replied before you had posted the 2nd clip But what I said after incase you missed it "Does sound louder than mine to be fair could hear it better on the 2nd clip. But would still call is mild slap. fresh oil once it's been bashed a bit might make it less noticeable" yeah was nice here but was working around the car so shorts was a big no :( but meant to be good for 2 weeks now so bonus :)
  11. Sounds good to me mate. I will help publicise it best I can once dates and times have been sorted. Would be shocked if didn't get a bit of a turn out for it :)
  12. Mine does it when it's cold or more noticable from 1st start in the morning :) I'd say nothing to worry your pretty long legs over ;) Does sound louder than mine to be fair could hear it better on the 2nd clip. But would still call is mild slap. fresh oil once it's been bashed a bit might make it less noticeable
  13. But look at it now you've done amazing job :)
  14. Well I've been beaten on this one :) most I've seen from one guy with no engine rebuild was 226k, he even says he still drives it from time to time he's had it from new but has bought another newer model now and can't bring himself to sell it :)
  15. Sounds good to me :) I have PS but just not good with it :)
  16. Be better recording it from underneath the car, what I could hear sounded fine to me. Unless the noise was intermittent I could hear like a sound of a wire fence is the only I could describe it being it. But maybe I was listening to hard :)
  17. If you have a 2001 onwards you will need to get a OBDII reader from ebay not much to buy and get an app called Torque Pro then you scan the ECU codes. if you have a classic shape you do it by this
