  1. Been naughty today emailing a dealer with questions about a car...my bad Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. You scooby is spot on though mate? Thankfully yes [emoji3] I'd be dangerous if it wasn't haha There's one more Subaru in me yet though, and come the time it'll be turbo charged [emoji41][emoji123]
  3. You scooby is spot on though mate? Thankfully yes [emoji3] I'd be dangerous if it wasn't haha
  4. Having one of those oh too common days again today...looking enviously at other peoples cars and thinking I earn a good wage; I deserve better haha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Do update this thread if you go....they've had a couple of them in stock for about a year now, which should work in your favour hopefully....the more you know, and all that [emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. This would worry me....there are enough around not to need to take this risk
  7. The travel or not question is always a toughie....I ended up driving 2.5hrs each way for my outback, but it was well worth it. I almost negotiated the deal by email before viewing, which helped [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I do think they are pushing it asking £8k for them - the one due into the south east soon is priced at £7k - think its David Hendry in Wiltshire http://www.dhcars.co.uk/usedcars-subaru.php In grey - looks lovely
  9. I hope so...I want one too lol [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. That must be a new one they've secured (it's manual though)...it's the same place have the sti replica en route...it's on auto trader
  11. The blue sti replica @ £8k?
  12. Yeah - if you go to the boro, let me know what it's like - they have an auto blob-eye wrx just landed there too.... If the rest of their auto boxes are the same as mine they are magnificent - so smooth and responsive to you burying you foot I'd love a cross-sports turbo Foz - would want a facelifted version though - none of those currently in the country for sale, but 2 on their way - one in the south-west, one in the south-east
  13. Washed it and gave it a slurp of oil...a rare thing as it doesn't use much at all Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Welcome back, when you finally arrive again [emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I think when I'm in a position to act rather than just lust after, I will do that mate - probably after seeing what is already in the country and for sale at the time. If the 2.0l cross sports turbo is indeed 250bhp as I've seen claimed / mentioned elsewhere, I'm pretty sure that would be enough - it would still have mapping potential too I assume
  16. There is still part of me that wonders if the cross-sports might be the car for me - all comes down to how it feels power-wise compared to an STi. I do love the Subaru auto boxes (as does the mrs) so it clearly has that advantage, while still looking STi-esque - will it satisfy my lingering turbo-desire though? Need to see and drive one really, but that's probably going to mean quite a travel unless the Middlesbrough place gets a facelifted cross-sports auto in again
  17. Lashing down with snow here mate
  18. God, I want a Foz STi - how much is the euro's up to tomorrow night?
  19. I bought a clay cloth last year... only used it once but found it very easy to use! I tried a clay mitt...was alright actually and much quicker than using a clay bar
  20. Good stuff Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Haha I know the feeling. They are both lovely. More and more as time goes on I keep coming back to a Foz STi......it might just be that in a few years time I see what's already in the country and for sale - like you say it's so much easier if it's already here When I was looking for my winter alloy set, I had this in mind to be able to keep and use them long term
  22. It's just to change the wheels over - thanks. I don't need a picture of the rear diff
  23. Thanks...do you have pictures of what they look like. I sort of think I know but don't want to make an expensive mistake and see my car crumple lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. You kept this one quiet stants....
  25. Man-tools have arrived - just need it to stop snowing and hailing now by the weekend lol
