    My 3.0l is an auto....smooth as silk and lots of grunt when required although it's a flat 6 as opposed to flat 4 in the SF 2.0l auto foz; a different animal I'd expect. Never missed a beat in 18 months though

    What is the sound like when these fail? Do you hear it when driving in a straight line or when going round a roundabout?
