  5. could be a few things, sounds like over fueling is causing the juddering is there a rolling road near you, might be worth having a health check done, it will be cheaper than buying random parts and hoping it solves the problem
  6. the write up is poor it says sti9 but it's not, the numbers are for JDM only (8 is blobeye, 9 is hawkeye), good points, it's the latest blob you can get with good 2.0 engine and cheaper tax, low mileage, looks decent condition
  7. I've got a set of wheels you can borrow if you want, they are the std wrx wheels in black, but they have got winter tyres on.
  8. Gutted
  9. Just replied mate, see you at 9am
  10. K3vin, I think it would be better if I phone you when we are near and you can join the convoy on the A1
  11. Chris, do you know tizerboy (malc)? he is from Bawtry and has got a blue bug JDM STI
  12. most of us have booked tickets, it's only £6 in advance, but £10 on the day I am also on UKscoobies and some other members have added their name to the group too when booking tickets
  13. can do, where abouts do you want to meet up? some are meeting up at morrisons at boroughbridge, setting off at 9am. we should nearly meet up when they come onto the A1
  14. nice one, see you at Marr lodge, I'll be there about 8.20
  15. 3 hours!!! I got to Brighton in less than 3 hours
  16. it's fairly straight forward, the only problem I had was one disc was stuck on, had to use an M8 bolt through the threaded hole to push it off
  17. anybody else joining us at Marr lodge or meeting us there?
  18. I'd already started a thread :) http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/13773-cars-in-the-park-newby-hall-10th-may/
  19. ChrisD 3 hours? are you walking? a group of us are meeting up at Marr lodge and setting off at 8.30 am, it's only an hour up the A1
  20. a few lads used to call him todger for the laugh, thought you'd know that maneater, you wish
  21. todger might know how to add one, but doesn't want to hi mate welcome to the club
  22. as soon as I got home I was searching. I bought one a week later It was being sold through a garage and the ad write up was rubbish, so I phoned up to ask a few questions. they knew everything about the car and owner and subarus and evo's as well (their son is a rally driver). the first owner was a millionaire, every service she just said to do everything that needs doing. she then gave it to her daughter and it was still no expense spared. I went up the day after, it drove spot on and I bought it. the only bad point about it is the paint isn't great, the owners lived in the middle of nowhere down little country lanes and it has got some scratches from branches and stuff
  23. lol I've got a Jperformance 3" system on mine and I LOVE the sound
  24. try to get the same size for front and rear. if you fit a thicker bar on the rear [than front] you get more oversteer, if you fit thicker on the front [than rear] you get more understeer do the droplinks too and maybe an anti lift kit while you are at it
