  1. I've got one of these in my Legacy. - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUBARU-STI-Billet-Alloy-Shift-Gear-Knob-SILVER-Impreza-WRX-Turbo-Type-R-JDM-/271611434933?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3f3d4d97b5 I really like it. it's got a nice feel to it.
  2. Thats lovely. Gonna have to get one of those... What do you think the MPG would be like? say about 10-15? ahha
  3. that sounds pretty awesome!
  4. Just wanted to say, last night Crimewatch ran a story about a woman being raped by two blokes whilst camping at Santa Pod. Not sure which specific show, but it was recent. Worth being extra vigilant I'd say. Keep safe guys n girls.
  5. Thts a lovely looking motor mate.
  6. Oh mint, looks like i might be able to make this :)
  7. I think i was qouted about the same mate. I think you can also choose what kinda sound you would like.
  8. What company was that mate? Theres a company called exhaust a fix in Darlington, I've heard good things about them. Might be worth a visit, may be able to get it repaired and save several hundred quid?
  9. Gutted dog. That must be pretty stressful. Hope ya get it sorted bud.
  10. I think the roads are a mess pretty much everywhere. Near my parents in the peak district half the roads are shagged, full of pot holes and then patched/bodged up. It's funny though, councils never seem to be skint when it comes to putting speed bumps all over the place!
  11. oh i see. I thought all this was a step towards stopping untaxed cars and uninsured drivers. Obviously not lol.
  12. I was told that sellers (both dealers and private) are not permitted to sell a car until they see proof that the car has been taxed by the new owner. Which is apparently good because you can't insure a car that isn't taxed. Although, i can't see it happening like that.
  13. I'm not sure what to think about this. £1000 for what? lol There isn't much of a change really, we will still pay for tax discs online or at the post office, the only difference being we dont need to have one on display. I've read that sellers (private or non private) are not aloud to sell the car with the tax and must claim that back. So, how does that work?
  14. lol, well, I do like some proper gravy, but beanz or curry go equally well on chips :)
  15. lol you southerners are a weird bunch... ;)
  16. Gotta agree with you all lads. Problem is she's set on a qaushquish, Will be hard convincing her to get a Subaru. I could try arranging a test drive in an XV though.. haha That might do the trick. Wonder if the guys in Durham have got any xv's or fozzies.
  17. hahaha lol, brilliant ;) seems like a bit of a bargain!
  18. yeah will see how it looks on Saturday. Will get some pics up ofc :) Cheers
  19. So chaps, I've got a genuine "2.0R" badge that I picked up on Ebay a few months ago. Planning to use some M3 Double sided tape to stick it on this weekend. But im wondering what do you guys think about badges?
  20. Had nothing to do, so gave the car a wash this afternoon. :)
  21. Jesus Christ that was close.
  22. Yeah I had a good look thanks David. Got a couple on the day, this is one of the better ones.
  23. I'd like to go, but I'm likely to be moving house in October, so i don't think I'll be able to make it.
  24. Jesus wept he's annoying.
