It's pretty low mileage for the age and since it will be an import the underside should be in better nick than cars that have been over on our salty roads their entire life!- What have you done to your Subaru today ?
I haven't driven my scoob in almost two weeks since my rocker cover is leaking... honestly feels like it has been 6 months- Newbie needs buying help!!
sorry mate, no experience with LPG! If it's been removed I would maybe ask how long it's been running back on standard petrol... just in case something hasn't been done right- Newbie needs buying help!!
Welcome to the club! A very good choice in car! First thing that is important, check to see if it has a full service history, also find out when the cambelt was last done. Listen to the engine on a cold start for any tappity sounds, generally it's usually piston slap which is harmless and goes away when the engine is warmed up but if they persist then there are problems. If you take it for a test drive, and make sure to thoroughly go through the gears and feel for any notchiness. Could be a sign of an abused box... sometimes changing gearbox oil can help, depends on severity. Try and take it over some bumps and listen for any knocks or rattles!- hesistant acceleration
- Gearbox drain plug washer?
Edinburgh somewhere... not really ideal, I'll take a look on ICP. Cheers @stants- Gearbox drain plug washer?
Anyone know where I can get one? Unsure if my gearbox oil has ever been changed (probably has) but cannot for the life of me find one!! Would rather change it out than reuse the original... unless anyone thinks it will be OK to reuse?- Too good to be true ?
I bought a 2nd had o2 sensor from a breaker on ebay for 12 quid + postage... new one is £125... If it's not a lot of money... def worth a punt! Edit: Plus, you get all the usual protection from ebay!- New member

No man's Sky... as wide as an ocean, as deep as a puddle... I've unfortunately played more than 2 hours on steam so passed the point of being able to get a refund. I'm hoping mods will save it for PC - Newbie
