If you eml comes on and stays on solid light.your ok to drive car it just found something you may need to check.if you eml is flashing and keeps flashing you sould stop car straight away as its found something major wrong.get the code read keep a note of what the code is,delete them then take car out again see if light comes on again.if it dont come on again with same code then it could just been a glitch like all computers get.if it comes back on with same code then you no something wrong with what the code is saying. If you have standard airbox then go with a cosworth panel filter.i have a pipercross cone filter on my hatch wrx,it cost me £30,before that i had a £230 k&n cone filter on but got broke so i changed to the piper.car drives exactly same and my cone gets dirt on it i just cleaned it last week. i have tien lowering springs on my 08 hatch,lowers it 30mm,closes the gap in arch just right and makes car feel a bit more secure round bends.

How long did the last owner have it.could be a indication of if they new something was wrong with it if not owned long.reason i ask if it was from Zi motors in wrexham is colour stuck in my head as am sure they had it for sale about 12months ago when i was looking to buy mine. Do you want the car.could you not take it back tell them they selled you a dud if you got it from a garage.did you get it from Zi motors.if you are going to keep it then if you can afford it i would go closed deck or you could have sleave put in forged postons n rods.if your not going to be going big power later then sleaves are the cheaper option.also everyone has their own opinions on a garage but i do read clinic are good but you do need deep pockets for their.maybe better to phone for quotes from other places before you go ahead n see what your budget can do. [emoji5] wondered if anyone would notice that.no mate 5 speed dont have si drive n dccd.its in car ready for my 6 speed box going in car and twinscroll turbo.then when it gets map it will be used for maps.if i dont go with a dccd set up then the dccd button will be used for lauch control maybe.
