  1. grill back on car with new look :) think it looks much better now, what you think? before now
  2. then i guess you have seen the 1 i got,but it is genuine subaru part,i did think about just buying some letters and making a backing plate for them, but dont think it would have look't as good
  3. my 2007 wrx hatch gets about 26mpg driving sensible,if i floor it everywere it has drop to 17-18mpg,belive me you can tell the difference how quick you have to fill up again lol.
  4. i was a bit shock't at the price of a badge but worth it now i seen it on their,n as long as other half dont no the real price all is good lol :D
  5. little update on a part i fitted.i changed the grill on the car a while ago and colour coded it to car, ever since i have just not felt any love for it,just didnt think it look't right and i also thought it was missing a little something.so after much thinking i wizzed it of and gave it a new colour,i was wanting it dark but not black so hit it with a nice dark grey, think it looks worlds better now,oh and the little thing it was missing a wrx badge so fix that as well, will get it back on car tommorow :) i really need to get a better camera :(
  6. The other scooby that past you, did he not stop and see if you needed any help? Sent from my GT-N8000 using Tapatalk
  7. thanks lol i'll keep you posted.
  8. rallysportdirect has a grimmspeed air oil seperator kit to fit for round $300,have to see if they ship to england,i quite like that kit :)
  9. no not look't at prices yet, just been watching videos see how they fit and what people think of them, will start looking at prices and stuff though now and weigh it all up.
  10. yeah i'v look a some videos on youtube with 1 can and 2 can set ups.i also was looking at these air oil seperator set ups say better then catch cans as you dont have to keep emptying just fit and go,but not sure if it would fit my engine, here link
  11. sounds same as my hatch was doing,if i left it ticking over on drive it was ok,if i reved it on drive was ok,if i drove like a granny it was ok but if i put foot down all the coolant went straight in overflow tank and over flowed it and made temp gauge go straight up,i was driving 5 mile to work then having to empty overflow back into the header tank to drive home.i tried getting air out every day, dint seam to make any diffrence,so i change the cap on the header tank and that was it,problem gone,1 other thing dont over fill the other flow tank,i check mine when came home the other day and it was 3 quarters full them system suck't it back threw to were i had it originally at the low mark on bottle,am guessing if you over fill it then it will over flow.so i'd check air lock and get new caps see if that fixs it,it work for me.
  12. fitted the silicone throttle body hose today :) big improvment,i would say a must for anyone with the wrx.car is more responsive, before fitting if i tried to move of at 1500rpm i would have to put cluch down again and get it to about 2500rpm or it felt like it would stall,1500rpm now pulls away nice and smooth, unless this was just my car, what is anyone elses like? second note, when i removed the original hose it had oil in it(see picture)their was some on the pipe on intercooler and round the seal were intercooler attach's to turbo, forgot take pictures of that lol, would it be a good idea to fit a catch can?
  13. are these them mate? if they are i'll find bolts tommoroa,pm me your address and i'll stick them in post for yeah.
  14. have a look on ebay mate for toyo exhaust,it wont cost you much more for a brand new toyo then you probly pay for a used exhaust.had 1 on my bugeye wagon, nice rumble with it not 2 loud and reasonably cheap 2 :)
  15. i have the bracket and bolts i think of a bugeye in the man cave,i'll have a look in the morning.
  16. afternoon all,got some mishimoto parts today :) throttle body silicone hose. oil sandwich plate and finally water sensor housing so sould get my gauges working this week now :P
  17. lol not sure mate,i did not get in the waiting room, they have moved it to a room on the side now were the drinks machine is,its not in the reception now,but my other half came with me and dragged me of shopping :( yeah mate they cut the hole in the diffuser for me,i wasnt 2 worried about that as i got plans to change that.
  18. allways go for a car with a great service history, lots of bills for work done and stuff usually shows its been loved and look't after.check the rear end isnt on the floor,i had a look at a few when i got my bug wagon that had tow bars and was really low at the back like the rear suspension had gone on them, could show its had a hard life pulling some weight about.have a look at rear dif as well for oil leaks, look't at 3 hawks,2 saloons n a wagon and all had leaky rear difs.
  19. just got back from sheffield, got the new exhaust fitted.went with the cobra system with the quad pipes.very happy with it,got a nice noise and not that loud it becomes annoying in the car.can not fault the work the guys do at cobrasport at sheffield, its the 3rd exhaust i'v had of them so new it would be how i liked it.only cat back at min as mot due in december then will have the rest done.here a picture before it gets dark. :D B)
  20. I'll have a look at them jap spec when a get pc back from shop later.its only a idea im my heas for car at min along with the meny other ideas.will decide after wednesday when i have had my exhaust fitted, woohoo very excited [emoji6] Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk
  21. Well am thinking of trying some them smoked ovelays on my rear lights but dont want to have to have a read peace in it i want the hole lights smoked if am having them.so was studying the car and the previouse owner i'm guessing had a towbar fitted as they have cut a square out the bottom of the rear defusser in the middle only thing i could think they have done it for.so i thought i could get a nice light to cover that up then could have the full smoke overlays.but then i also got thinking their is 2 red reflectors in the rear bumper, wondering if i could fit some fogs their and fix the hole in diffuser. Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk
  22. Hi guys, quick question,do you have to have a rear fog light by law and if necessary does it have to be in the cluster or can i move it.I remember older cars having them under bumper like spotlights, can you have 2 and does size of them matter.Cheers :D
  23. Nice one.shows were not wasting are money on the more expensive fuel then.you be giving a few cars a suprise now when they think it just a wrx and try blast bast you [emoji6] Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk
  24. Samco silicone radiator hoses come today Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk
  25. Didnt look at them but am guessing being universal their wont be the mounting plate with them for added strengh.will just be nuts bolts n washers and probkly need a bit hole ajustment or have to drill all holes.the more expencive 1's will have the fixing plate and will fit straight on.
