  1. What model is your car buddy? Import/UK, model year? I'll have a look about.
  2. In regards for parts look for anyone breaking a scoob from your year. I've noticed not many parts get listed individually. Just message a few sellers that are breaking. Explain what parts you need and haggle a price.
  3. I'm in Kent. Always up for a local meet.
  4. Check for the real damage before buying anything. I know they say 99% but there's still 1% it may be something else. Wouldn't want you wasting money.
  5. I'm gonna stay well out the way. Unless you was having a go at emulating my spin at spa?
  6. [emoji106] Happy birthday mate!
  7. Swapped my standard header tank cap (1.1bar) to an sti (1.3bar) cap. It's an old one I had. From my understanding the higher pressure helps keep the water cooler?
  8. I damaged a wheel on my old car and I could feel the wound as I drove home. Nursing her back home telling her it was all gonna be ok. Did you say sorry?
  9. Double post. [emoji12] [emoji12] [emoji12] [emoji12]
  10. I suppose the ego has taken the heaviest damage?
  11. Blame the council. That gritter should have been out 11 minute earlier.
  12. Good job stants. Nice when a job goes smoothly.
  13. Welcome to the club!
  14. To me they're just pure, raw and unadulterated hard-core cars...I'll just go take a cold shower.
  15. My old punto had epas and it was horrible at low speeds. You'd feel it go heavy/soft. They have a torque converter to adjust the strength the motor puts out. Also have no sign of when they give up. Mine gave up at 70mph(read 80) on a long right bend and its not nice to be jumped on and having to fight the steering.
  16. Welcome to the club Chris! Feel free to pop up some pics. I've got a real soft spot for classics. [emoji106]
  17. Yup the hgt. My little hot hatch. I'm still in love.
  18. No the one after that. They went for a 1.8 n/a lump to lower emmisions. Quick little sleeper car. 0-60 was 7.6 after a few mods. Wiped the smiles off a few bmw drivers.
  19. My old little punto was 150bhp and that was mad enough being fwd.
  20. Is the core wider because the top hose is above the core on that foz pic and on the side for impreza.
  21. I'm sure Subaru would love that review.
  22. Yeah looks exact same as mine. You sourcing a replacement?
  23. Maybe stick a bit of dye in there? Washing up liquid like the tyre fitters do.
  24. Welcome! I recently picked up my classic impreza from Horsham.
  25. When my rad was leaking it was a tiny pin hole in the plastic end. It only leaked under boost/higher rev. Try watching the rad and holding the revs up.
