  1. Could a resistor be fitted or some type of dimmer switch on the live feed?
  2. Never done it myself with my old import. That was marked just as an impreza.
  3. My head has exploded....might make sense if it was in front of me but I can't get my face around that [emoji38]
  4. Didn't go for a full sub frame swap in the end?
  5. Looks good. Where did you get the gauge and pod? It's on my list.
  6. Good news! How did you do it in the end?
  7. Looks smart Gambit. I should find myself an sti spoiler at some point.
  8. I have the 3 port ready. Mentioned in first post. [emoji12] Mine is a 2000(X) I'll get in touch with rcm during the week for a chat on fuel pump.
  9. Thought I was forgetting something. Still need to upgrade the fuel pump [emoji15] Any recommendations?
  10. Biggest pro for the 2.0 is the cheaper tax bracket.
  11. Top two are classics then the bug, blob and hawk in order.
  12. Beat me to it [emoji38]
  13. There is the blob eye in between the bug and hawk. That's a 2.0 and towards the end of manufactor there is the dccd version also known as widetrack. Very tasty looking car. They 55 plate blobs also come into the lower tax bracket. I think the widetrack is quite sort after so has a slighted higher value.
  14. Looking good mate. Looks at home there. Glad you had some fun with the 4wd
  15. The box of bits I got from icp. Well chuffed when it arrived.
  16. I bought all my bits from icp top bloke and well priced. Those parts are identical to mine.
  17. Welcome to the club!
  18. All I hear now is a little bit of turbo spool as I'm on standard set up. I'd need oil less.
  19. There'd be nothing to worry about buying second hand? It won't have a lower flow or anything?
  20. Glad I didn't pay the 40 that scoobyworld are asking then [emoji15]
  21. I'd prefer my noise coming from the turbo or the exhaust before the filter anyway. Cheers Matt [emoji106] Any particular filter to look at? I see quite a few on scoobyworld. Haven't checked any other shops yet. This is my exhaust not on yet. The centre and back are going on Sat 7th March. Decat will be on day of map.
  22. Not to sure how this happened but I'm almost ready for my remap. I was expecting it to take several months. I have my decat downpipe and 3 port boost solenoid ready for it. The last piece of the puzzle is a better form of getting air to those lovely spark plugs. Now I'm looking for advice to which would be a better upgrade. Should I just go for a replacement panel filter with original pipework or replace it all with a cone filter of sort and different pipework. I should add this is on a classic turbo 2000 X reg. Looking to get 260-270 bhp with a nice sound and mid range grunt. Not interested in getting to 150mph as quick as possible. Just some nice poke between gears. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. [emoji106]
  23. That's my plan and I've been told it's perfectly achievable with just those mods.
  24. I have 16 standard wheels at minute. Looking for 17 in gold. Yours looks well tasty in gold.
