  1. No not yet... You got a link or is it easy to find? I've got to contact the dealer this week about the chipped paintwork issue on the boot sides as well as the standard rattle in the steering column/rack. Thanks again for your help, very much appreciated...
  2. Many thanks mate, really appreciate that. I'll look into the TPMS issue and check whether it's based on tyre rotation or individual valves. Hopefully something I can figure out :-) Thanks again !!!
  3. You are the man, just not confident to buy a set second hand and then find they won't fit the latest model STi I have. Been looking online for a while but real conclusive yes or no.
  4. Any idea if they will fit over the latest shape 2014\2015 STi brembo brakes?
  5. Hi all, I've been looking around for a set of reasonably priced alloys to use for winter (get them while they are cheap) and have seen quite a few sets of old STi wheels all correct 114 stud pattern, but not sure they will fit over the Brembo brakes. As an example EBay number 221781639035 is the ones I'm referring to. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks all. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  6. Heard good things about Cosworth filters, and a few people mentioned having them on here with positive comments. Don't know much about RamAir. I'd go for Cosworth out those two ;-)
  7. Don't think Halfords will do Millers products, I've either buy direct (I live close to Miller Oils) or in recent years from Opie. They do sell it via distributors and shops, I've seen it stocked a lot at independents around Huddersfield where I live. As for checking seals then I'll leave that to more qualified people. When ever I've bought a second hand car I've changed the fluids and started from a known point. After that I've monitored oils levels and usage after that to judge if there is any leaks. Sure some of our resident experts will drop in.
  8. Lots of places around like ScoobyWorld and such, I bought mine from subarupartsstore which I believe is one of the main online dealers for Pro-R merchandise. I'm sure there are loads of people on here with good supplier recommendations. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  9. I've just fitted the Pro-R / Pipercross panel filter to my STi, but have used K&N (with no issues at all, even though the oiled filters get warned against due to MAF sensor). Also used ITG in the past with no problems and good quality filter. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  10. Can't go wrong with Miller Oils, highly recommended by my previous Honda specialist TDI North (did lots of race prep, race car builds, highly respected) and I also used for my previous Scoobys. Similar with Opie, they know their stuff, and have some good discounts on often, Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. Travelled for mine as well, ended up buying from Birmingham for STI and Oxford for my previous S2000. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  12. Seem a nice bunch of guys, spoke to them a few times in cafe down the road. Lots of nice VAG cars up and down the road ;-) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  13. Where about on Guinness Road, my office is there.... [emoji39] Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  14. Panel filter will be standard housing. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  15. I've always used K&N and never had any issues at all. Saying that I did just put a Pro-R (read PiperCross) in my 14 STi while its under warranty. Other good options from the past are AEM and ITG if I remember correctly. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  16. Does anyone know of a YouTube clip or similar for the Hayward and Scott exhaust on a 2014/2015 STi ??? I'm really considering one but not sure it might be too much. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  17. Forgot to say, no I wasn't the guy who wrote the TrueGrip article, but I know the exact one you're on about ;-)
  18. Thanks for the messages guys, really appreciate it. Week day nights are really hard to do, but i 100% will get to some meets and shows. Hopefully I also might get to some track days and see some of the forum. One quick picky I took the other day to wet the appetite :-)
  19. Thanks for the reply, enjoying every minute of it... Looking forward to taking it on the track. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  21. Bit of a weird one, but found you through TapATalk app. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  22. I would also suggest you check its been activated if you don't know for sure. I just bought a 2014 STI and when I rung up to change tracker over it hadn't been activated. Bonus for me as I got my first year free :-)
  23. Second that for Pioneer unit, I've got the 860BT double din unit in mine and very happy with it.... DVD, microSD,Nav,iPod and even ApplePlay. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  24. I'm with BoozyDave used Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 2's on a few cars now and excellent tyre. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  25. I have reversing cam on my 2015 UK STi......but via a Pioneer double din head unit. Works very well and good install. To be honest very happy with the whole package as head unit has iPod, DVD, microSD, Nav and ApplePlay, would highly recommend. Only thing I wish it was the model above with DAB.
