  1. Launch control was another £120 and he said it wasnt worth the additional money as i would never use it seeing as the scoob is my daily. With the £430 you get the remap, the dyno results, choice on pops and bangs and a big smile at the end
  2. ill PM you his mobile number Alex
  3. It was £430 including 2x dyno print outs. I think it did 11 runs in total. Have you been on his website to check his calendar?
  4. oh and 0-60 is approx 5.2 :D
  5. No its mapped for the morrisons due to the boost but he said it wont need another remap just change to the v power and it will increase the power with the settings in place. Duncan is the man!!! Before it was mapped it made 220bhp so only 11bhp down from factory
  6. The decats are 2.5" into the 3" Invidia. Duncan said usually the hatchs fail to make boost but mine is the opposite and had to turn it down as it just wanted to go. Looks like V Power is the next step
  7. Really pleased with the Race Dynamix remap. Car made 267.7 bhp with 340Ib torque running on Morrisons unleaded. I got told this is the wrong fuel and with V Power I will see well over 280 as the car is a good'n! It goes like stink!!!!
  8. I have been driving it like Miss Daisy
  9. What about if you enter a new series with a car from your garage, i dont think it states
  10. This maybe a silly question but how can you tell what is the maximum PP requirement in a race? I tuned a Silvia but it says i cant enter as the modifications take it over the limit.
  11. So this will be sorted with the remap i assume?
  12. So decats have been installed and power seems to have improved from 2-3.5k rpm but then dies which we think is down to it now needing a remap. The dash then went like a Christmas tree with all the lights including the MAP and Boost sensor error message but the garage reset this and they haven't come back on. i am hoping the decats have corrected the boost issue and with the remap it will go back to how it is was. The final final issue is now the stupid noise this car makes.... i sound like a wannabe rally driver.
  13. I would say Duncan Graham at Race Dynamix's is most people's choice however he isnt based in one location and you have to check the calendar on his website to see when hes next in your area.
  14. If I didnt just have to pay out for this exhaust issue i would have snapped your hand off for the lift kit and intercooler
  15. I have learnt something new today :)
  16. But the STI has a catted uppipe surely?
  17. So it appears the issues ARE with the CATS. I am just trying to rally around to get the two decat pipes before Thursday so they can be fitted in time for racedynamix to tune on Friday
  18. My only comment for these gauges is #Becauseracecar!
  19. even though they are mainly a Honda specialist they build and run their own race cars and have done several front cover Impreza's. They also work closely with Surrey Rolling Road who have a specialist so i am confident of their abilities to resolve. On a separate note the car passed emissions at the weekend so that clears the CAT, next is MAF
  20. Wrong area to be advertising! At the bottom of the main forum page is the classified section
  21. Give them an email as he has manged to get things for me not listed on the site.
  22. Have you tried contacting Tarmac Sportz? They do lots of aftermarket parts for the hatch plus Chris offers great support.
  23. Thanks guys... As I am no mechanic I am going to let TGM who are a motorsport specialists have a look Monday. I am hoping its either a clogged cat or a faulty boost solenoid. I will let you know the outcome .... good or bad!
  24. So not good news at all.... I have taken it to TGM who have just done a test drive and they agreed that the car isnt right especially at the higher rev range. They said it feels as if the turbo is being straggled which could be a number of issues: 1) Turbo on its last legs 2) The new exhaust fitted has failed 3) CAT has failed 4) Another leak elsewhere It really is typical that i get the car to a point and this happens. Im hoping its the exhaust as it means it wont cost me anything as its still under warranty!
  25. Guys they have "sticky out" ones on Japanparts. :) http://www.japanparts.com/ Really coming on buddy keep up the good work
