  1. Ej25 what? And what is currently in your blobeye?
  2. Ad08r's are good, and drop your tyre pressure. You do not want them getting over 30 psi once they've heated up
  3. Naz, sorry for the late reply. Ive not had any issues with mine. And yes completely vent to atmosphere.
  4. I got a HKS ssqv from scoobyworld, I'm pleased with mine on my ppp blobeye. but don't buy cheap from eBay
  5. Should have got a certificate with the car ideally. And it would have pro drive silicone pipes from the intercooler. But get it on a dyno, that will tell you. Should see about 260bhp give or take a little.
  6. Hello again mate, welcome aboard.
  7. No worries :)
  8. Ask someone other then your own insurer though and see what they say before you tell your own
  9. Should be an import, but let them know it is from within the eu and see what they say.
  10. Rear arch protector trim http://www.importcarparts.co.uk/parts-info?id=12899&cat=96&sub=183&sec=349&var=85&dc=0&gen=&searchKey=&searchPart=
  11. Fitted a new Mishimoto header tank late last night and changed coolant. Makes the the rest of my bay look awful lol.
  12. Hi mate, welcome. I think the Maltese ones came with no alarm. If that's the case then get an alarm / immobiliser fitted. And obviously for insurance purposes it is an import, so they may charge you a bit more.
  13. Hello, welcome. Red imprezas are my soft spot :) Im looking forward to seeing your white legacy, they are growing on me more and more lately.
  14. Hi mate, I do like legacys, hope your enjoying it.
  15. Hi, As Stants import car parts are good, give them a call and they know there parts, if not Subaru, or a breakers, I'd imagine they are the same across all models.
  16. Hi welcome, there are no daft questions if you don't know the answer :)
  17. From what I've read single to twin = twin scroll sump, oil pick up, dipstick and tubing ,twin scroll equal length headers ,twin up pipe ,pipe work for turbo ie oil and coolant, twin scroll down pipe. So that should mean twin to single you want to get sump, oil pick up, dipstick and tubing, unequal lengths headers, up pipe, down pipe, oil and water lines to turbo. A turbo and remap. Ive got a number for a decent breaker if you want it to see what bits he can get you, he is very knowledgeable so would be able confirm exactly what you need.
  18. Only place I know is on canvey island which will likely be too far.
  19. what are you using the car for? I've got advan ad08r's which are incredible but will wear too quick if your daily driving. Before that I had Goodyear eagle f1's which are good for daily driving.
  20. Boost will come in properly over 3500rpm, so as you lifted A little off the throttle you may have been crossing that point and using the turbo. Play around accelerating up to about 5000rpm with foot to the floor and foot halfway and you will get a feel for it. the tachometer is your friend and you will start to learn where you are on and off of boost. Better yet get a boost gauge and if there are any turbo issues you will soon see.
  21. There is a difference identifiable by the pcd of your wheels when looking at coilovers, as I think the later newage sti's have a larger hub. Yours will be 5x100 so bugeye wrx and STI will fit, blobeye wrx (not STI) and hawkeye wrx (not STI) will also fit. is there that much difference in rates for a wagon?
  22. Might be worth taking the wing off, mine had a couple of little bubbles forming outside. I had my wings off and it had definitely started from the inside holding moist dirt and crap.
  23. Read this as well http://www.subaru-impreza.org/forum/engine-bay/53445-head-gasket-blown-symptoms.html
