  2. May be going as ut's only up the roof have to see if a, it clashes b, i'm allowed haha
  3. Hello & weclome feel free to have a nosey round and get involved, we're all friendly here and have loads of legacy owners in just about all the models
  4. Nut tightening values ? 88-98mn if I remember correctly. Don't hole me to it. But I do mine up to around 90 and i've not had a wheel fall off yet [emoji3]
  5. Gonna hurt if she gets her nips caught in the buckles ! I think they are quite literally !Removed! 17 million cars in the states alone potentially need recalling. Takata have a plant in Mexico so I'm not sure if it mainly effects usdm more than any other market
  6. Yes mate as you look at the car the right side is for the rad and the left fan is a/c. Non equipped cars only have one fan on the left, people do mod it so the can use both for cooling, not really worth it unless your in Africa
  7. You need a t piece adaptor, you remove the original sender pop the adaptor in and then put new and original one in the adaptor http://www.advancedautomotives.com/oil-pressure-remote-gauge-switch-adaptor-subaru-impreza-wrx-sti-turbo-forester-1544-p.asp
  8. Not sure if many of you have seen this ? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-32840813 It's extended to subaru in the US so may be worth having an investagate if anyone's concerned
  9. If it's got a factory fitted alarm it should have a little keypad located somewhere near the door, maybe in the drop down coin holder or in centre console arm rest
  10. I'd go back to the original colour it will be worth more in the end, people are always wary of colour changes. Depends where you go I've a mate who will do a same colour respray for 600 I presume that's mates rates as your normally looking in the 2-3k bracket
  11. Yes it's a right pain having to take it apart once every six months to re solder the connections. Thanks for getting back to me
  12. Just keep an eye out as there are still a few unmolested cars or tastefully modded ones that are going for reasonable money, you see one owner cars that some chap has had for all it's life fsh etc and wants it to go to a good home just a case of being patient and biding your time, unfortunately there are more abused ones than anything knocking around, I got lucky one owner since importation for a straight swop for my old car. I wouldn't call mine a build thread more of an 'improving/refreshing old bits thanks for the comments though
  13. Just out of interest does it have the square digital clock in the headliner ? If so is it still working & how much would you be looking for ? Fixed mine about three times and I think it's finally given up

  16. Hi & welcome [emoji3]

  22. Least you won't have to battle with the oem heatshield, I'll let rick answer that as I've not really had a poke around
  23. Do you have aftermarket exhaust or still standard downpipe with heatshield attached ?
