  1. If they'd have been available last month i'd have got them do look like an all round option
  2. Hello &welcome feel free to get stuck in and some pic of the beast would be good !
  3. If your gonna spend big money ap all the way
  4. And if your lucky you get entered into a prize draw to win a pair of gambits pants
  5. Should look a bit like this I guess you can just detach the one and feed the other into the top of the block
  6. Did you buy the cross climates then dave ?
  7. There should be two one in and one out, I suppose you could get a connector and a length of new hose and loop it so it misses the cabin all together ??
  8. Best off deleting your number once gem has txt. Please bare in mind the whole forum is viewable by the public and we wouldn't want any freaks calling you at all hours, best of using the private message option in future [emoji51]
  9. Hello, not heard of this before but doesn't mean it's not an issue, is it the internal fans or the ones next to the radiators ?
  10. Hi mate, not entirely sure as there should be a crank angle sensor under there at 90° to the top of the block, possibly red plug if I remember correctly, can you get a pic up ? I've moved into the engine section should get a better response there [emoji3]
  11. Good job mate, I tried martin but he was busy and I forgot to call back
  12. Not too sure about that Is the key i'd on the sales receipt ? What alarm do you have fitted ?
  13. It's relatively easy bit quite fiddly and much easier with another pair of hands, hardest thing is getting it all back together as the car needs to be sat on its wheels when your tightening it all up. may as well upgrade the droplinks at the same time as the stock ones will probably flex loads with a bigger bar on, I'd go for the 22mm rear bar from whitleine l, put this on a couple of months back and it's made the world of difference.
  14. Some chap was asking for a standard classic the other day, I'll see if I can dig post out
  15. I'd go 22mm rear bar, ally droplinks, then either lowering springs or coil overs the anti lift kit is worthwhile too.
  16. Are you planning on tracking the car ? If not I'd just do the rear anti roll bar, droplinks all round and shocks, upping both bars can make it a bit unpleasant on the road 24mm rear bar on the road is too much in my opinion
  17. I find that brake cleaner is useful to clean ally bits you can't get at easily . Not had any adverse effects yet [emoji55]
  18. Have a search mate, there's a couple of recent ones with people's choices
  19. Ah boo, easiest way is to remove plugs & leads remove airbox, battery & washer bottle and loosen engine mounts then jack the engine up to gain access, there are a few other bits to remove aswell but that's the bones of it Www.importcarparts.co.uk your best bet, if your struggling or can't find it on the site give them a call they should have it
  20. No worries mate, do you have an independent subaru specialist ? A main dealer would probably have your eyes out for this as it's simple enough, but access and the bits you have to remove are time consuming
  21. Can you post up a pic of the offending item, the complex wizardry of the twin turbo set up baffles me
  22. Hundred quid roughly for a garage to do it, about 50-60 diy, to be honest it's worth paying somone as it's a pig. That's the half moon that accompanies the cam cover gasket, they get hot and brittle and eventually perish. At least it looks like something simple
  23. Works for me, bit hit and miss though
  24. My ex misses used to work for the council, easy life was finished for 15.00 every day half day on a Friday got paid loads and had loads of holiday[emoji51]
