Scooby Pete Posted February 25, 2014 Posted February 25, 2014 Which they did the engine covers for the Impreza. That looks the dogs!
Boots819 ian Posted February 25, 2014 Author Posted February 25, 2014 This is my original engine cover which as been hydro dipped, they can dip almost anything ,dash parts, wheels, engine covers etc I,ve talked in depth to the company and hopefully should get some club discount, prices are keen already, should have lots more bits done at japfest so you can see if you fancy anything done, keep you all posted and pics L 2
Skifledanabit Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 I do like that a lot. Might look at doing something similar for mine at a later date. Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk 1
bazza Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 yes yes yes that is defo what i would like ...... not the animal print but something different .....looking at the proccess there does not look a lot of labour involved any idea on the cost for those wheels in the video with the animal print
Gambit Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 I just used that as an example :) but anything you can think of can be done I've seen the plastic around Tv's being wrapped in a wood effect, even a wooden table with skulls on. To a motorbike mud guard in camo :)

Prob need to buy multiple sheets of pattern to do all 4 wheels.
Skifledanabit Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 As with anything, practice makes perfect. There is a certain process to get the finish right without any folds in the finish where the sheet got loose. Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
majik_thighs Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Like this looks ace to do I've been toying with making my own tank and having ago at doing this myself Very Bet Lynch! ;)
majik_thighs Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 Yeah I wouldn't want them myself :) Actually, it looks like an octopus
majik_thighs Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 They have the kits on eBay, Quite inexpensive for what you get as the end result! I may have a go myself. :) Oh.....the link in post # 15 is not working, try this one: http://www.mydipkit.co.uk/gallery.html ;)
Exup1000 Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 My wheels are away this week being dipped in the carbon fibre one I'll bang some picture on here when I get them back 3
