March 11, 20169 yr Author Hi Geoffleggy, I have a 92 Impreza ej20 currently rebuilding it, and slowly buying bits, I need some injectors to pair with my td05, looking for 320-350 bhp so thinking 440's which may max out so 550's will be better option but more expensive.
March 11, 20169 yr On a TD05 and 440's you'll get to circa 350bhp but you'll be on about the most for both. You can up rate to the 550's but you'll be restricted by the Turbo after 350ish. Id aim for a comfortable 340bhp with them and save your dollar
March 11, 20169 yr Author Yeah my mates got 440's for sale £40 or 900's for £100 but there abit extreme? I'll be buying fmic and I already have stage 4 paddle clutch, Bailey blow off valve and will be getting new intake hose, I already have a full coolant hose kit purchased.
March 11, 20169 yr Buy the 440's and send them to Injectortune or someone to give them a good clean. They will be like new and you'll know they are 100%. I assume you have a good mapper lined up for when everything is in place? What exhaust system have you got in mind, you'll want a decat in place before the final map to get the best out of it all. I might be missing something but hopefully someone will jump in.
