Is the ver3 a boxer master4 engine open deck are they good as in power wise

A true V3 sti will have a open deck but ,the most aggressive classic cams .

The internals and odb should be good for just over 350 hp but ,Once you get over 330hp ( in a classic) the necessary drivetrain , brake , turbo ect..upgrades become expensive any ways ;-)

mines a v3 they come with preface bumper/ interior , facelift headlights, grill and bonnet

Always like a good project thread :D

And think Savage is the best man to answer your questions after seeing his videos in action it's a beautifully build machine :)

Yeah it will have forged pistons and rods ,which might hit 380 hp with a engine rebuild ,as there not as strong as newage sti pistons and rods (which are good for 450 ish). I have heard of odb's hitting 400 ish but ,how long for I don't know.

Just bear in mind The other upgrades needed to break the 400hp barrier will cost you in excess of £3k just in parts plus labour and whatever you spend on the engine ;-)

330hp in a lightweight classic ain't no slouch anyways :-)
