Gambit
I reckon it's one of the most annoying things about driving a scoob the amount of !Removed! you get doing stupid stuff and dangerous over taking. :(
ChrisD
Gaulson you are crazy, how did you manage to hold the road doing 64 mph on those gentle bends! you did well to keep up with the KA, but we all know that if he wanted to his V-tec powered nitrous V13 25.6L engine would kick in and he would just leave you and everyone else. But on a serious note that KA is not a performance car... please don't try and drive it like one :')
Gaulson
I almost lost it, felt the back end wanting to step out so had to let off the throttle slightly... good thing I've got that big wing on the back for downforce :O.
ChrisD
Ka don't need a wing, they are so well planted any way Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk
BoozyDave
one of my nephews had a KA, he said he turned right at a local roundabout and was doing 120mph around it. I took him out in my scooby on a private road and he was sh1tting himself when I was taking a corner at 80mph
Gaulson
Isn't a KAs top speed something like 115mph?
Dogconker
A brand new KA might do 115, an older one would be lucky to pass 100 mph Sent from my iphone using Tapatalk
stants
Does that take into account tail wind down hill & with the mirrors folded in for better aero ?
Dogconker
Yeah, because KAs are so aerodynamic that those things will have s huge effect [emoji23] Sent from my iphone using Tapatalk
stants
My ex misses had two the 07 was more 'refined' 2 weeks after she picked it up I had the pleasure of dropping her at Blackpool airport & returning to leeds, needless to say it was rubbish up hill but those of you that know the m62 will know that either side o Saddleworth moor there's quite a long down hill section, [emoji51] managed a new ka land speed attempt on the way home. I put down not attaining vmax speed due to it not being run in properly yet
Gaulson
So you don't hold the record then Stants? :(
stants
Not sure this was a few years ago so I may have been usurped by a sport ka or such like it started to protest at an indicated 100 by violently shaking alot, it would have been better on the down hill stretch in the opposite direction, it's steeper ☺
Gaulson
Maybe it was about to travel through time? You just needed 5mph more and BOOM you would have vanished.
stants
Would have made for a nicer alternative to visiting blackpool [emoji51] keep deleting all my dash cam footage, should really clip it all and make it into montages

Gaulson
My camera is a Blackvue and I have no complaints :). Bit expensive though but it all works as it should and picture quality is great, night time you can see everything.

Sandals
People are supposed to fill both lanes then filter.... otherwise the tailback from one lane could cause issues at junctions and roundabouts etc....
