Haha "Mr Man 1+2" Looking forward to this. Hope its dry on Saturday so I can give her a proper polish and wax. May even attempt to tidy the engine bay up a bit.

Dammit! Not intentional, honest! Oh well :)
-
Lol, that's one of the first things I spotted too. Just has one hanger holding it in place...

Sorry but what an absolute *****. Thanks to people like him (and the rest) there's speed cameras everywhere and insurance is so high. There's driving fast and then there's driving like an idiot. His gf goes on about how he overtakes in dangerous places and it's basically like they're proud of it. Hope you get the car you're after pal - even if it's like that one - just please don't try and copy his driving too. Also, is one of his tail lights out or is it meant to be like that?

Alloy wheels ,what have you got, pics please .

Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2, 18" et45 - almost in line with the top edge of the arch. Car is lowered but I'm not sure by up much. -
Pics of the worst cars you see basically. Either in day to day life or on Ebay, Gumtree, Barry Boys etc. and post them here for our amusement. This is one I saw while at work this morning. So good I've submitted it to Shed of The Week on FB haha!

Ooooooo shiney!! Can't wait to get it fitted. And correct me if I'm wrong Dave but my back box pipe isn't as straight as yours, it has a much harsher bend in it. I wonder if they've changed the design since you bought yours since it didn't fit 100%?

Ah yes, GD, GC etc. I still don't know what all those are yet. I also get confused with Version numbers. Many sale threads on Scoobynet say it's for "version X" that means nothing to me haha.
-
Look how many extra letters and numbers are in that compared to EP3 or DC2 though ;) I know what you're saying but after being a 04 CTR owner for a couple of years it just became 2nd nature. Kind of like calling my Scoob a Blobeye, but more complicated lol.

You after a set? From what I heard at the meet yesterday when speaking to someone else who had his stolen I could have got them direct from Subaru for only £15 more. But I would have had to wait a bit longer.
-
Just waited for a set to turn up on ebay pal.

Got my new fog covers today! :D Test fitted them and sweet Jesus they are easy to remove! I'm going to be removing them after every drive from now on. I am a bit worried about snapping a clip though have to say. They look a slightly lighter shade than my bumper/old ones though. Maybe it's because they've got fresh paint and not years of grime. Or maybe I'm just being paranoid and need to view them under better light (it's pretty dull and dark here now).
-
I couldn't disagree more about them not "exciting". The Type R vtec is IMO the best and most exciting N/A group of engines to grace any car that isn't powered by a big V8, V10 or V12. They have loads of character and are just brilliant fun. They're a thing of the past now though :( and Honda haven't made a great car since their EP3 & DC5 days. But I fully intended to own another at some point - most likely a DC5 Integra. I agree about most - mainly the Civics - not looking at all exciting though and seeing that group there is definitely a bit dull looking haha.

I'm thinking of getting it before my remap but not sure if it'll be worth bothering with. Cheers

Gave her a quick clean. Wanted to do a proper polish and wax too ready for tomorrow's meet (and because I haven't done it for over a month). But it keeps raining so just left it at a wash.

Dog, that's not too far at all mate! It sounds just about right to me. Honestly wouldn't feel bad in the slightest if that happened to whoever did it. Think I'm going to invest in a CCTV set. Had my van broken into twice in the last year too. Might act as a deterrent and help catch anyone who does anything like this again.
-
Tell me about it, pricks!!! I was going to glue them in too, but I wanted to touch up the one that got rubbed slightly by that idiot who couldn't park. Thought it would be easier off the car so left it but just hadn't had time to touch it up. Should have stuck it in place anyway and struggled with it on the car. Now I can't find another set (painted) for under £170.... Don't suppose anyone has any ideas or knows where I can get some cheaper - 2nd hand is fine. Might have to just put mesh in the holes for now to protect the electrical connections and water tank. Yea I agree on the F'ing birds comment too! I live near a park with a few trees along the road. If you park underneath one of the trees it gets bombed and covered in !Removed!. I avoid them at all costs.
-
Well, been staring at some massive holes in my bumper because some dickless piece of **** has stolen my STi fog light covers. !Removed! livid! Honestly reaching a point now where I'm thinking "why bother?" with it. Seriously contemplating selling it and just getting something cheap and !Removed!.

Big thanks to Dave for taking me out in his Scoob yesterday so I could hear what his exhaust was like. Like it a lot :) especially all the pops and bangs, will definitely be getting those mapped in. Still not ordered it as I've got to wait around 4 weeks before I can even get in for fitting and remapping so going to wait until the meet next Monday just in case I hear a better one. Will definitely be happy with the J Performance one though if not :) Also got my wheels re-balanced as the place I took it to did a **** job! Never use Auto Dynamics in Attercliffe Sheffield. They are !Removed!. They didn't protect the face of the alloys when fitting tyres, put different pressures in all 4 tyres and didn't balance them properly. Twats. Drives loads better now. Went out straight after meeting Dave too (around 2:30ish) and stayed out till very late. Been very hungover today so not even been near it haha. I'm surprised you had problems with the demon shine stuff though. It worked great when I used it. Normally takes me 2-3 washes to get clean when just using normal Car Shampoo whereas that foam stuff does it in one. The shine stuff made it look great too. Like I said before though I wouldn't rely on it over a proper polish and wax but it's great if you haven't got the time. I'll take pics next time. I agree the way the "gun" works is properly **** though.

Yea that'd be fine by me. I'm not booked in at GR, just sorted a "pop in" thing with Gaz to talk over what I want and hopefully get it arranged so as long as I get there before they close it's all good. :) Name a time and place and I'll be there or PM me your number and can sort something that way.
