Big Thank you to Martin for letting us use his premises This is now set in stone to run every second Monday of the month, unless stated otherwise :) Photographer will be present , with the option to purchase your photos or just use them on fb :) Over 25 cars at the last one , let's make this one bigger Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Great turn out for the first meet, I turned up as it was just going dark due to battery issues :/ around 30 cars in total :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Much love :) make sure your cars are clean as I will be taking my camera :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. It's this stupid tapatalk , I thought it had posted and it had actually disconnected me, thought the threads had gone quiet hah Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Looking at finally purchasing a wet vet , I absolutely loathe doing the interior of the cars, however now that the Subaru has been upgraded to show status and my other show car has been off road for 8 years there in the need of a good deep clean. My question is , I've seen a decent 30l capacity 1500w wet and dry vac from Argos and was wondering what's people's preferred method of doing interiors or if you have a guide on wet vaccing, I've seen a few threads online but they all expect you to have used one before. 6. Got the 2's on my daily BMW and they are less than easy to use in the wet haha :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Makes no difference as far as I'm aware, however have a look at second hand k&n filters and the get the special cleaning kit , I did that with my blitz one, paid a tenner and cleaned it up :) no issues from mine and it sounds great Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Welcome :) you live in a great pry of the country :) went through the lakes briefly on the way to Dumfries. Keep an eye on the meet section as we sometimes have meets up your way Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Where abouts are you based Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. The Instagram worked well , however I found I was having to bring more people in using photos of Scoobys off other Instagram pages , the new updates allow you to run two Instagram pages per account so you no longer have to log in and out. It helped bring along if new members in but needs to be monitored. Gambit if you need me to kit it back off give me a tinkle Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Carb spray is better for finding leaks than wd40. if you have had to crush something in a bov I would say it's knackered , a friend had this on his evo and was causing him to loose boost hence making no power, we swapped it out and then was loads better. See if you can get hold of a standard recirc just for test purposes. Turbo check, take the inter cooler off and then the pipe on the front of the turbo, gentles try moving the turbine towards you, if you can its fkcud, side to side there should be some play as when the engines on the oil takes up some slack. Check the Y pipes under the inter cooler, these are made from paper it would seem and are prone to splitting . Failing that YouTube will help you diagnose your wastegate :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Chuck a price on for both items mate please Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Ah in that case the v1 inter cooler is slightly different shape to the v5-v6 I do however have a v6 inter cooler if your interested Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Peak District :) you closer this way stants , I look at it like I'm a hedgehog coming out of hibernation Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Something like this will do :) however I went full metal , hope this helps https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/350672214329 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. If you type in gc8 inter cooler y pipe or metal inter cooler y pipe they come up, got one fitted on Mine and makes an instant difference Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. He's back Biatches :) personal life , work life bla bla who wants to read about that , just know I'm back in the game. So back to what matters , a March meet. Now my plan is somewhere green, somewhere with great roads and somewhere that's central and somewhere I can take **** hot pictures :) As it stands we have this, Bridlington I know a few great spots for chips and pics, Peak District, Whitby or similar. Thoughts ?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Looks good matey. Not heard much on the sump heaters so will have to keep us posted, bet it makes oil changes easier. Just make sure to regularly clean the copy out as some times mine spits a bit of gunk on the drive when it's full :):) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Thank you :) there 18's and tbh the ride is not too bad, having race springs on the coil overs never helps though haha
  20. Hi there guys, boozy dace has had a look at it and the bend on the back of the back box will need to be adjusted to get it to fit, hence the price. The exhaust system itself is not so loud that you dred going on motorways but not so quiet that the members of public don't know your in a Subaru. Ive forgot to get pictures while been at Martins, however boozydave has shined the exhaust up :)
  21. Soooo if you didnt know from last night ill not be at the next meet due to being on holiday as such im organizing a drive out on the 1st of August, Im thinking either brid or blackpool :) Thoughts ??

  23. 24 mm is the strongest one but on yours i cant remember how easy it is too fit ?
  24. sway bar is whiteline and same with the bushes, however id add alloy drop links for now and see how you get on with those if there not already fitted, a relatively cheap upgrade as well :) http://scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog/index.php?cPath=39_274_322_345&osCsid=rp2jpjaltg3vrkm0c9kad969b3
