  16. Hello mate welcome to S.O.C http://uk.subaruownersclub.com/forums/topic/1619-help-check-guide-buying-1st-subaru/ bit of reading here about the cambelt, look at it as a sell by date though. It doesn't mean it will self destruct but need to be changed / eaten sooner than later :) Nur spec exhaust my favourite but lots on the market depending on cost I guess but never forget about the 2nd hand market :D Power few place you can start dropping weight is always a cost effective way to get small gains, but if like me not always that easy to make the kids walk, so more in a good filter or induction kit non oiled one otherwise kill your MAF. and decat exhaust ( head back to your last question :D ) Just remember MOT garages done like Decats so make sure you are friends with a garage or can replace one for the mot ;) Then fuel pumps injectors turbo. I guess be easier to ask how far did you want to go with it :D
  17. Blobeye I cut into the plastic parcel shelf type thing from inside the boot you can see 2 holes I used that as my guide. With the Bugeye I've gone a whole other way round with this and have been looking at a amp with a subwoofer built in :)
  18. I had the same problem only way is to move it or block it off :( I know i cracked the plastic around mine when I moved it too.
  19. Selling these on behalf of a mate of mine. As he hasn't made a post on here yet I thought be best if I posted :D Blob STI front bumper uncut with winglets and covers with trumpet all genuine has some marks and stone chips which is to be expected £ 200 Rear blob sti bumper has a faint scratch on side £60 Blob vltd splitter brand new never fitted £70 Turbosmart supersonic newage fitment few months old with bung still in box £110
  20. Hi mate welcome to S.O.C as jay says have a few in your area might be worth having a look in the regional section down the forum :D
  21. Not sure how much the self sniff test kits are but might be worth doing that or if you have a garage you trust to check it shouldn't cost much. I'd have it tested before spending money on a new rad just in case, with you saying rusty colour. You might be right rad might be bad on the inside doing it and blocking it up with crap then resulting in it to overheat but I'd have a guess the oils breached into the coolant. As I said never used one I'd say a garage who can test it would be better but cheap enough. http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_sacat=0&_nkw=head+gasket+tester&_frs=1 Not sure if Halfrauds sell them or not crap site with an equally !Removed! search bar make it hard to find anything :(
  22. I'm sure it will not too sure on the non turbos but most of the time its more to do with the engine fitting the gearbox. But like the bug and the blob with turbos their the same engine.
  23. Do like the hawkeye the lights make it stand out too. Any mods in the pipeline like alloys or you keeping her the same.
  24. Gutted I know mine had done that once I'd caught my jacket pocket on the catch and bent it out a bit managed to open it and bend it back a bit been fine ever since. [emoji20]
