    You just have to drive them differently to they way you used to. Give it a good blast once I a while and it's fine. I've had loads of diesels all with particulate filters and because we're careful to make sure they get a chance to regen every now and then we've had no problems with them.     That sounds like something either went catastrophically wrong or a sensor/computer problem. If you sit it at 50mph on 3rd for 15mins as soon as the first light comes on it should clear it. You need to do this as soon as the light comes on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    My wife does about 25 miles to work in heavy traffic, once a week we swap cars and I belt it up the motorway. Run it in 3rd gear at about 50mph for 15mins as apparently this will force a regen if one is needed. Cars done 36,000 dpf light hasn't come on and service have never had to regen it.     Just finished the Catalunya endurance, so have done 2 of the 100 mile ones. Used the viper for both, started the one today with the Bentley but it was like a boat, so switched back to the viper, might try the Ferrari next?     I had abs, stability but not traction. Manual gears, sim damage, can't remember if I had rewinds on it not. I don't think I used then though. I lapped up to about 4th but 2nd was only half a lap behind and I was on fumes on the last lap it. My car had a gauge and it said about 15 when full, and I was on .4 when I crossed the line.     I had a mod that started me in 22nd place and got me 20% cr, I netted 345k cr, and got 4 spins so made some coin. Not bad for and an hours driving. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Just finished my first endurance race on expert, not that easy, took me 10 laps to get to first from 22nd. Had to pit as low on fuel half way. 2classes of car in track so you're always passing something. The lower class even move out if the way. Took 1hr dead to do the 100mile road Atlanta endurance race.     A dealer or a garage with the kit can run a forced regen which should clear most cases without having to pressure wash it. But if that doesn't work then try anything because a dpf isn't cheap Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    I was thinking of diving into one of the 100 mile ones tonight see how that goes. I liked the endurance races in GT and have wanted some endurance races in Forza but there were a lot of people (cod crowd) that didn't want to go then because they took too long, this is a good compromise because they're a side mission rather than the main game.
