  1. bargain I've still not fitted my rally armour flaps yet keep a look out for me on Saturday on the ukscoobies stand :D
  2. IMO PPP isn't worth the difference for the performance gain. even with PPP they will benefit from a custom remap. so all the you are paying extra for is a 10 year old sports cat.... definitely wait for one in your preferred colour

  7. black cars look good with red flaps I'm not too keen on the silver grilles on the front, I prefer the subtle look

If you are not on a stand, make sure you all turn up together, there are usually a few rows of cars in the middle that aren't on stands. So they tell you to park up side by side in the order you go in. There is room to park in LWV off the main road before you pay to go on the field, so if you get split up, wait there and go in together. There is usually a food van on the field, or its just a short walk to get something from a LWV shop.

  14. Welcome to the club Great looking car. Could be a few thing's, what fuel are you using? If you use standard 95Ron, has it been mapped for it? Maybe the fuel pump. Not sure of the specialists around that area
  15. Stupid cow, you could see she was thinking of pulling in and cutting you up
  16. BP is 97 ron, so that will be fine :)
  17. what esprit did you have? my uncle bought a 2.2 turbo brand new, OMG what a machine I've just clay bar'd mine and it makes a massive difference, can't believe how shiny mine is now.
  18. I'm on my 2nd blob WRX, 1st had 50k on it and felt great, this one has over 100k and drives like new, even better than the old one. the WRX and STI were very close on performance, so Subaru decided to put a cat in the up-pipe to lower BHP and improve emissions. it fit's between the headers and turbo, the STI pipe is a straight swap, but it's not and easy/fast job, probably 2 to 3 hours I've never heard of them being a problem, be careful if you buy one off ebay that is flexi of slip jointed, they tend to leak of fail quickly. the genuine ones are fine, usually about £40 (not sure if it would need a map tweek or not) one piece of advice, please use 99 ron fuel. the Tesco 99 isn't much more than 95 ron anyway. it might cost £3 extra per tank, but it's worth while, especially when you are having a spirited drive (engine can det with 95 ron and damage engine)
  19. Harry Enfield and Bottom Kevin and Perry are awesome
  20. with regards to Adrian flux, Dan is on this forum and very helpful. I did it over the phone with one of the telesales women, and I'd already cancelled when I spoke to Dan on here, thing's would probably be different if I'd spoken to him first
  21. I'm with 'Keith Michaels' they are always cheapest for me. Adrian flux came in with a really cheap quote when I got my renewal from KM, when I got the policy through it was limited to 3k miles or £180 extra for 5k miles :o, phoned KM and they did a price match with the AF 3k price but with 5k miles :) A plan usually give good quotes too
