  1. I'm with you Gambit, mine pulls well all the way past 130. When I was on a track obviously :)
  2. If I take what i've already got in the R race I will lose badly :(. The cars I own suck big time! haha
  3. Yeah I've sent him a PM but not had a reply yet, I'm sure he will get back to me when he has chance :). It's either I go for new calipers or just swap the seals myself. All that power ready to be unleashed and you can't, must be frustrating Nevell ;). I'm a little bit the same, I can't put my foot down properly otherwise I start losing coolant... I also can't brake hard haha. Excuse to go round corners fast though ;). He's not short for cash then Savage? lol. Unfortunate that happened though. They sound lovely, couple of MK1 and 2 escorts in the rally this weekend with throttle bodies. Hell of a sound!
  4. Awesome, looking forward to it! Probably get on in a minute, download the tune for a Sub then sort my R class :)
  5. Weirdly mine is doing this! Not from cold though, every morning is perfect. I can drive home from work, park up, have tea and what not. When I try and start it the engine keeps trying to start then eventually splutters itself into life. Done it twice in the past couple of months lol. Engine gremlins
  6. Savage, bet you have one clean washer bottle now ;). Or did you do it as a form of entertainment? Well after 4 hours playing with my car yesterday we achieved... Tyre pressures checked Coolant leak found (replacing pipe next weekend) Sump plug nipped (washer replacement next weekend) Brakes diagnosed (leaking seals) Brake calipers cleaned to get rid of the fluid Diagnosed failing wheel bearing Discovered alloy wishbones Failed to fit droplinks (they are for steel wishbones) Failed to fit strut brace (wrong size... Inch too long??) On a good note, the car doesn't use oil or coolant! Engine is sweet . Just a couple of niggles to sort out and she's perfect again. Just cant brake until the calipers are sorted which is a slight problem with it being my daily...
  7. Well today hasn't gone to plan, turns out both front calipers are leaking at the seals . Turns out I have alloy wishbones (bonus) just means the links I got wont fit so will swap them this week for the correct ones. Got a coolant leak on my lower rad hose so will replace that and the sump plug washer is leaking slightly. All this will be done next weekend . Currently fighting the rear strut brace, the near side doesn't seem to fit?
  8. Awesome, will get the tunes downloaded :)
  9. Went to watch the rallying last night... saw too many Subaru's to count both in the rally and there watching. Even the marshals were using Foresters! They had "Scooby Clinic" on the side :). My car has been in the garage since last night, heading round soon to sort the brakes, fit the drop links and rear brace :). Then hopefully going to watch more of the rally this afternoon if all goes well with the car. Rally is at these post codes for anyone interested... FY7 6QE FY1 1RU http://www.nwstages.co.uk/spectator_information.html Bit too far away for most of you though :(
  10. I quite enjoy it, although I've only played the Heist mission. Kill reel...
  11. These cars are money pits ;). You either spend money fixing something or buying upgrades! In my case both this weekend, turns out the caliper is leaking. Only have to drive home from work then its on the ramp. You got cloth atm Tom?
  12. Is it an electronic boot lock? It could be a dodgy earth causing it to short and release.
  13. Stuff to be fitted on Saturday Question about the rear strut brace, can you keep the parcel shelf in?
  14. Got it being looked at tomorrow night, also having drop links and rear strut brace fitted. Its looking more like strut leaking onto my wheel. Will have a check of the brake fluid level before I leave for work
  15. Excuse the dirty wheel, any idea what the oil substance could be on the tyre? Could be the reason I'm sliding about a bit on corners.
  16. Just noticed your headers are heat wrapped so I'm guessing your up pipe is as well. Not sure what the red thing is in the top left under your intercooler though.
  17. Serious stuff, very impressed . Everything is really clean as well lol
  18. Loving that engine bay, lots of money in there. Enjoying the car?
  19. Pink in mine :). I was thinking going waterless, glad I didn't because I had a leak so would have been a waste lol. Should be okay now so next service I may go ahead with it. Let me know how it goes
  20. More night footage, I wasn't going to bother uploading but in the 2nd part of the video the car slid around a bit
  21. That's the problem with steam game these days, loads of them are released and you become a tester. Wouldn't mind but its like they never come out of pre-release!
  22. Decided not to get the wheels... bought myself drop links and rear strut brace instead. Hopefully both arriving before or on the weekend. :)
  23. I will have to play tomorrow night, 10gb download on my connection... urgh
  24. I know the game will be on xbox one, just been looking on the xbox website and I can only download the beta on the 360? Will have a look when I get home
